A few weeks had passed and the schedule was working out very well. Tyler would be moving around during the school day while Libby got him in the mornings and nights. He wasn't showing any direct signs of improvement, but Clay swears he's been seeing Dr. Singh every Thursday. Libby decided to take it upon herself to visit the new guidance counselor to see what she was doing with her baby.

Libby was nervous sharing responsibility with all of them. Her friends seemed to have their own ideas about how to make Tyler better. Boxing was going well according to Tony, but he still refused to let her go to the gym with him. Not until he could ensure she wouldn't cling to him.

She was on her way to the office when she got distracted by Diego staring straight at her. She rolled her eyes. "Something you wanna say, Torres? I'm kind of busy."

He strolled up, ignoring everything she just said. "Monty wanted me to tell you he wants to talk."

She laughed. "You his messenger now?"

He scowled. "Monty's my brother. He has a problem, I'm there."

Libby rolled her eyes. "Well, you can tell Montgomery that my patience for being nice has gone out the window when he threatened me with a doll in my locker. Thank you."

But Diego wasn't taking no for an answer. "Come on, Clarke! You know that he's not gonna stop until you two talk. Is it worth holding out or do you wanna get this over with?"

She sighed. "Where is he?"

He smirked. "I'll take you to him." And started walking away from her. She was gonna regret this.

The two of them found Monty in an empty classroom as he smirked. "Didn't think that would work, Clarke."

She shrugged. "Your messenger made a good argument. You wouldn't stop bothering me until I did, and I wanted to get this over with."

He rolled his eyes. "A little birdy told me you and Scotty have been pretty close the last month."

Libby grew tense at the mention of her and Scott's relationship. "That's not the case anymore. Leave it alone."

His smirk grew at her defensiveness. "You are such a whore, Libs. What would Ty-Ty say if he caught you fucking my boy? Or is he so desperate for you he'll willingly get cucked by a baseball player?"

She bristled in rage as she marched over to slam him against the table. "Don't say a word against Tyler! You hear me? Scott and I aren't together like that anymore. I ended things the same way I ended them with you. It was meaningless sex and I was done with it."

Monty smirked. "Does that mean you're back to fucking Down? Or is it something more with the freak? I don't understand how you can look the other way at men like Scotty and me. Does he have a magic dick or something?"

Her grip on his shirt tightened as Libby growled. "To answer your question, de la Cruz, Tyler is nothing like either of you. He is more to me than a hookup and always has been. The only reason I kept it secret was to keep it from my family. But they know now, they approved, and so Tyler and I are officially a couple. Deal with it." But then she got curious. "Why do you care so much about Tyler?"

His eyes widen. "I don't! The fact the little faggot scored you is what I'm interested in. Or have you just become content with mediocre sex? Cause there's no way that turns you on."

Libby couldn't take it anymore and slammed the back of his head into the blackboard. She heard a sickening crack as he yelped loudly in pain. She couldn't help it. Because from this conversation she was beginning to suspect he had a part to play in whatever happened to her baby. "If I find out you did anything to Tyler after I explicitly warned you not to, I will rain hellfire down upon you. Understand?"
