"class i'm gonna be putting you into groups of two for your project on how you interpret the meaning of life."
ugh i hope i don't get stuck with some idiotic cheerleader or jock who will make me do all the work. i thought as i slumped down in my seat putting my feet up on my desk.
ms. mander picked up a list and started reading off the groups. "calum and kacie."
i shrugged and looked over at calum who was sitting in the back of the room totally zoned out. not the worst possible partner. plus he's not too bad looking either.CALUM'S POV:
"calum and kacie." ms. mander read off her list.
kacie as in kacie my next door neighbor kacie?! the one whose too rebellious and hot to notice me. i get to work with her! HELL YEAHHH! i thought to myself making sure i didn't show my excitement. i glanced over at her but she didn't seem to care about being partners with me. ugh.-
omg class just end already! i sighed loudly and obviously annoyed with being at school.
ms. mander cleared her throat. "until you have a 100 in my class, i expect you to pay attention." she gave me a look that said dont mess with me.
"yes ms. mander." i said in a mocking and sassy tone.
"kacie dons-"
the bell rang. hallelujah. i picked up my things and walked up to ms. mander's desk and set an apple on her desk. "an apple for my most favorite teacher. see you after spring break." i said and smiled deviously.
"hey kacie. wait up." calum said running up to me.
"whats up?" i said turning towards him.
"uhm when do you wanna get started on the project?"
"oh uhm you can just come over after school. you still live next door right?"
"okay cool and yeah i do. see you then."
"bye." i said turning to go to my locker.CALUM'S POV:
the rest of the day just seemed to drag on. i'm really excited to go to kacie's house after school.
the last bell rang.
hallelujah! i get a break from this hell they call school. i grabbed my things and bolted for the door. i went to go meet michael at our usual spot when i saw michael talking to kacie.
"hey kacie." michael smirked.
"what do you want michael?" she glared.
"just wanted to say that you're looking good today."
"im not gonna go out with you michael. i wouldn't even consider being friends with you."
"why babe?" he said moving closer to her.
"because you act like a complete asshole towards girls. just because you're in a band doesn't mean you can act however the hell you want."
"you know you want me."
she smacked him on the cheek and walked away.
"damn mate. that was brutal."i said walking up to him.
"she wants me."
"have you ever tried being nice to her?"
"i am being nice."
"not really mate but let's just go. don't feel like arguing with you."-
i was putting all my books into my locker when michael came up to me.
"hey kacie." michael smirked.
"what do you want michael?" i glared.
"just wanted to say that you're looking good today."
"im not gonna go out with you michael. i wouldn't even consider being friends with you."
"why babe?" he said moving closer to me. does he not know what personal space is?! ugh.
"because you act like a complete asshole towards girls. just because you're in a band doesn't mean you can act however the hell you want."
"you know you want me."
i smacked him on the cheek and walked away. ugh i wouldn't mind never seeing him again. well now to go home so i can make sure my house isn't a mess for when calum gets here because i like to represent to all my guests.~~~
A/N:
