Lisa swam gracefully toward him, her long hair trailing behind her like a veil of silk. When she reached the dock , her skin glistening in the sun.
Jungkook couldn't help but stare at her in awe. She was even more beautiful than he remembered.
"Hello," she said, her voice soft and melodious.
Jungkook cleared his throat, trying to control the nervous flutter in his stomach. "Hello," he replied coldly.
"I was just wondering if maybe we could spend a little more time together," she continued, her voice growing softer."And I was wondering if we could talk."
This is it. That's exactly what he wanted. This is the best way to gain her trust.
"I'd like that," he said, his voice was steady.
The man nodded, his eyes locked on hers. "Anything you want," he said. "I'll listen."
And so the two of them talked, their voices merging with the waves as they talked to each other. Lisa shared her hopes, and her dreams,
And she had completely forgotten why she wanted to communicate with humans
As the sun started to set, Lisa knew that it was time to leave. But she couldn't help but feel a sense of melancholy as she swam away, knowing that she might never see the man again.
Lisa asked sadly: "Can we see each other again?" And Jingkook said:" Whatever you want, I am always here." And then, the mermaid went into the water without a word.
But she was happy from the bottom of her heart.
