Like every other time, at night, the mermaid said goodbye to Jungkook and swam into the water.
The Mermaid swam as fast as her powerful tail could propel her, hoping to reach the safety of her grandmother's shell house before it was too late. Her heart was pounding as she swam through the pitch-black water, feeling a sense of vulnerability that she had never experienced before.
As she swam, a strange feeling of unease began to creep over her. She couldn't shake off the feeling that something was watching her from the depths of the water. She tried her best to ignore it, focusing instead on her task at hand - reaching the safety of her grandmother's house.
But the feeling only grew stronger, until she could no longer deny it. Something was definitely tracking her, and it was getting closer by the minute. She quickened her pace, swimming as fast as she could.
As she reached corals , she looked back to see what was following her and her heart sank. It was a giant shark, with razor-sharp teeth and eyes that were cold and lifeless. She knew that she had no chance of outswimming it, and she was about to give up all hope when suddenly, a flash of light erupted from the darkness behind her.
Startled, the shark turned to investigate, allowing the Mermaid to make a desperate dash towards her grandmother's shell house. She could hear the shark's heavy breathing and the sound of its powerful tail slapping against the water behind her, but she didn't dare to look back.
With all her strength, she swam towards the light, praying that it was the safety of her grandmother's house. As she reached the house , she finally saw the outline of the house and felt a sense of relief wash over her. She had made it, but the experience had left her shaking with fear and with a newfound appreciation for the importance of safety.
As the Mermaid nervously entered the small shell house, her heart racing with fear and uncertainty. The house seemed to be in complete darkness, with no sign of her grandmother anywhere. She called out to her, her voice trembling as she tried to suppress the rising panic inside of her.
She called out to her, her voice trembling as she tried to suppress the rising panic inside of her.
"Grandmother? Granny? Where are you? Please, I need your help," she cried out in a quiet whisper, her ears straining to hear any sign of movement or response. But there was only silence, broken by the sound of her own shallow breathing.
The Mermaid felt a sense of hopelessness wash over her as she realized that her grandmother was not there. She was alone, stranded in a strange world with no one to turn to for help.
As she tried to steady her breathing and calm herself down.
Feeling scared and alone, the Mermaid tried to calm her racing heart by taking deep breaths. She decided to lie down on her Grandmother's bed and try to get some sleep, hoping that everything would be okay in the morning.
As she lay there in the darkness, she couldn't help but think about what had happened. The shark, the fear, the uncertainty of not knowing where her Grandmother was - all of it made her feel weak and helpless.
She tried to force herself to fall asleep, but every noise made her jump and every shadow made her heart race. She was afraid that the shark might come back, or that something even worse might happen.
But after a few hours she fell asleep and went to the dream world.
