Jungkook was in a hurry and the stress was killing him and he tried to control himself, his thinking was not working.
He knew he had to protect her from the crew, who would surely capture her and display her like a trophy. He swiftly wrapped an old blanket around her, trying to conceal her identity.

But as he lifted the mermaid into
his arms, he felt a rush of adrenaline. What if someone noticed her? He couldn't risk the crew seeing her and launching a search for her. No, he had to get her off the ship as quickly as possible.

As he hurried through the labyrinth of crates and barrels in the hold, his heart raced. He could see the lifeboat in the distance, but how would he get there? He had never operated a lifeboat before, and he knew he couldn't risk attracting attention.

Lisa was light in his arms, and he felt a strange connection to her. She was completely at his mercy, and he couldn't bear the thought of anything happening to her. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself as he made his way towards the lifeboat.

But as he approached the lifeboat, he heard a commotion from the main deck. Crew members were calling to each other, and he knew the workers had noticed their boss's absence. A cold sweat broke out on his forehead as he realized his time was up.

He had only one chance to save the mermaid and he took it. With one swift movement, he lowered the mermaid into the lifeboat, hoping no one had seen her. He crawled after her and started starting the boat's engine. His hands were burning from effort.

On the other hand, Lisa was shaking with fear. She knew that there was a lot of pressure on the boy. She shouldn't have cried in this situation, but she was not a little pressured either.
Her thought was everywhere.

But as he walked away from the ship, he felt a sense of relief. The mermaid was healthy and that was all that mattered. He had done something heroic for the first time in his life and vowed never to forget that feeling. The boy had saved a life and he knew it would never be the same again.

Jungkook breathed a sigh of relief as he realized that they had made it off the ship without being seen. The tension that had been building in his chest began to ease, and he let out a low laugh. He couldn't believe he had pulled off such a daring rescue.

Lisa was still shaking in his arms, and he carefully laid her down in the bottom of the lifeboat. He glanced around at the unfamiliar surroundings, his gaze settling on the controls that would guide him towards the dock.

He didn't know anything about boats or lifeboat navigation, but he knew he had to try. With trembling fingers, he flipped a few switches and pulled on a lever, praying that it was the right one. To his relief, the lifeboat began to move, cutting through the calm waters towards the dock.

He let out another laugh, this one tinged with relief and exhaustion. All that mattered was that the mermaid was safe, and they were almost there.

Jungkook caressed the tender face of the Lisa with his finger and felt affection for her. She was so small and fragile and he knew it was his responsibility to protect her. He couldn't let her down, he couldn't let her get hurt. But at the same time, he was thinking how to use this to his advantage.

He knew he couldn't give up now. He had come too far, risked too much for this little mermaid. And so he continued on toward the pier, his mind racing with thoughts of what lay ahead.
