Author's POV:

As the CEO arrived at his large and luxurious home, he reflected on his conversation with his friend. He'd been so caught up with work lately that he'd let his social life slip through the cracks. But tonight, he was determined to let loose and have some fun.

After a quick shower and a change of clothes, the CEO stepped out of the bathroom and into his walk-in closet. He scanned the rows of pricey suits and dress shoes, finally selecting a gray suit with a charcoal black dress shirt. He paired it with a pair of polished black shoes and slid on a silver watch. Satisfied with his appearance, he made his way to the main entrance of the house and opened the door.

Outside, a familiar face was waiting for him. It was his personal driver, who had been with him for years. The CEO approached the car and climbed into the backseat, handing the driver a piece of paper with the address of the club.

"Take me to Club .... ," the CEO said, his voice cold and aloof.

The driver nodded and started the engine, smoothly merging into traffic. The ride was mostly silent, with the driver occasionally pointing out landmarks they passed along the way.

After what felt like an eternity, the driver pulled up to the curb in front of the club. The CEO stepped out of the car, feeling the thrum of music and the pulse of the crowd. He made his way inside, where the air was thick with smoke and the beat of the music made the walls vibrate.

He scanned the room for his friends, finally spotting them at a table near the dance floor. He approached them, feeling a familiar thrill of adrenaline. Tonight, he was determined to let loose and have a good time.

As the CEO entered the club, his eyes scanned the room for his friends. He spotted Jimin and his wife sitting at a table near the bar, chatting and laughing with a few other guests.

"Hey Jimin ," the CEO said, approaching their table. "I didn't expect to see you here tonight."

"Neither did I," Jimin replied, standing to shake the CEO's hand. "But when your wife's pregnant, you gotta celebrate, right?"

The CEO's eyebrow rose slightly at the mention of Jimin's wife's pregnancy. "Congratulations," he said, a hint of a smile on his face. "That's amazing news."

Jimin nodded, a wide smile spreading across his face. "Thanks man, we're over the moon. It's been a long journey, but now we finally have a little one on the way."

"That's awesome," the CEO said, genuinely happy for Jimin. "What are you guys having?"

"It's a boy," Jimin said, proudly putting an arm around his wife. "We're gonna name him Oliver, after my grandfather."

The CEO's heart swelled with warmth. "That's a beautiful name. I'm sure he'll be a great addition to your family."

As they talked, more guests began to trickle in, joining the party and adding to the lively atmosphere. The CEO couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging here, amongst his friends and their loved ones.

Jimin grabbed a drink, raising his glass in a toast to his wife's pregnancy. "To new beginnings," he said, clinking glasses with the others.

It was a night of celebration and joy, and the CEO left feeling lighter, with a newfound sense of connection to the world around him.
