Cassie had always loved the winter months, but December would forever be her favourite. She loved that Bill and Charlie helped her to make an ornament for the tree like everyone else had. She loved that Molly allowed them to choose and decorate the tree, no matter how messy it looked. She loved that her Uncle Remus would always dance to Christmas music with her. Throughout all of the activities, her love for Christmas shopping would never die.

On the morning of the Hogsmeade visit, much to the shock of the girls in the dorm, Cassie had got up early. Angelina, Alicia and Katie had shared many confused glances as she danced her way to the bathroom. Their concern only grew as she jumped around the room when she saw fresh snow on the ground. It wasn't until Alicia was fully awake that she remembered it was time for Cassie to do her Christmas shopping.

After the girls had passed Cassie over to Fred and George, the three walked down to the entrance of the school so she could meet Hermione and Ron. "Are you sure you can't come with me?" Cassie questioned the two.

"Sorry love, we've got some business to attend to." Fred replied.

"Not fair." She mumbled before kissing their cheeks and walking towards Hermione and a visibly grumpy Ron. "Don't get into too much trouble!" She turned and called out to them.

"Without you? Never!" They replied.

"Hey Cass." Hermione greeted her.

"Morning, you guys ready to shop?"

"Definitely! I wrote and organised my list last night!"

"Not really." She laughed at Ron's reply and pulled him towards the carriage.

After four hours of dragging Ron into every shop, she left the two in a bookshop where Hermione was retelling a story to a very bored Ron. She made her way through the crowds to the vintage book store to pick up Hermione's present she had been told about a few months earlier.

Loaded with shopping bags she decided to slowly make her way back to the school. Passing Hermione and Ron who were now standing outside the bookshop talking to Harry, she instantly knew how he had managed to get there.

Cassie walked through the empty corridors towards the common room when she saw Lee turn the corner and walk slightly ahead of her. "Lee Jordan!" She exclaimed.

Lee stopped in his tracks, slowly turning to face the voice that caused him to hold his breath. Exhaling as he saw it was only Cassie and not McGonagall trying to catch him and give him detention again. He laughed as he looked down at the bags swallowing her small frame. "Did you buy everything you saw?"
