Madame Pomfrey walked through the empty halls towards the hospital wing, when arriving she quietly pushed the door open to not disturb the two students.
Ron was curled up in his bed snoring away as Cassie sat up in hers with a book she had found in the cupboard next to her. Hearing the door she looked up and smiled at the older woman.
"How are you feeling dear?" Pomfrey asked as she gathered her supplies before walking over to her.
"Very tired and my leg hurts." She mumbled as she put her book down, sitting up for Pomfrey to change her bandages.
"I'll get you some pain potion to help you for the day." She removed her bandages revealing a deep slash on her leg with a similar one across her shoulder to her collarbone. She flinched as she saw the cut on her leg, her mind drifting to Remus and how he must be feeling. Too caught up in her thoughts she hadn't realised Pomfrey was finished.
"Thank you." Cassie almost whispered as she gave her the pain potion and a blanket. As Pomfrey retreated to her office she picked her book back up to wait for Ron to wake up.
After a while Cassie had finished her book while Ron was still asleep. She pulled the pillow from behind her and threw it at Ron's head. "Go away" He mumbled as he pulled the pillow from his face. She threw the last pillow at him, accidentally hitting his leg. He shot up, rubbing his eyes. "Whyyy"
"Sorry Ron but I was bored." She shrugged as she struggled to move off the bed and towards the chair next to his bed. "How's your leg?"
"Still bloody painful. How are you?"
"Still in a bit of pain but Pomfrey came and gave me some potions a while ago. I'll get her to give you some then we can go back to the common room."
"Thank you." He smiled as Cassie hobbled to find Pomfrey.

George and Lee were sat staring at Harry and Hermione who sat opposite them while Fred paced around the room. The two third years had refused to explain what happened, wanting to wait for Cassie and Ron to return.
"Morning." The five snapped their heads towards the door, seeing Cassie and Ron leaning against each other.
"PIA!" Fred yelled rushing towards her, pulling her into a bone crushing hug. George and Lee ran up to them, joining their hug as Harry moved to help Ron sit down. Fred scooped Cassie up and carried her towards the sofa, putting her down and examining her face. "You're hurt." He frowned.
"What the fuck happened?" George asked, looking between the four.
"These two wouldn't tell us!" Lee added in. Ron and Cassie shared a look with Harry and Hermione, causing them to laugh.
