After lunch, the four decided to go for a swim at the beach. Lisa was in the kitchen, already dressed. She wore dark blue, denim shorts with a white, loose button up shirt. But instead of buttoning it up in the center, she had tied it in front just below her breast. Underneath, she wore her two piece, light green bikini.
She had a smile as she packed a few snacks, it had been a while since she swam in the ocean. And, the idea of spending the rest of the day there with her friends made her feel even more giddy.
Suddenly, she heard footsteps padding their way down the staircase. Lisa glanced up instinctively and nearly dropped the bag of chips. It was not intended, but Lisa had seen a quick glance of Jennie's black bikini for nearly a second before the brunette covered herself with her robe, tying the strings in front. Darn– I mean...
Lisa quickly closed her mouth and looked away. Feigning a look of interest at a chip bag, her brows scrunched and lips pursed. "Wow, these must be good." She nearly slapped her forehead. She heard a light laugh from beside her.
"What? Never had chips before?" Jennie playfully snatched the bag from her grip and opened it. Lisa couldn't stop blushing. Only because she was embarrassed, not because she knew what was underneath Jennie's robe. Lisa nearly glared at the string that held Jennie's robe close– stop it, you sinner!
Lisa laughed breathlessly, "And if I hadn't?" She reached and took the chip from Jennie's hand and smiled more from the girl's cute pout.
"Swine," the brunette muttered under her breath, reaching in the bag to get another chip. But before she could even take a bite–
"Ooo chippie!" Suddenly, Chaeyoung took the chip from Jennie, placed a quick kiss on her cheek and ate the chip without a care. Lisa couldn't help but laugh at Jennie blankly staring at her hand with her mouth open. Lisa cooed,
"Aww, poor Jen Jen," she teased, reaching in the bag and taking a chip. Without thinking, she suddenly stepped forward and placed the chip in Jennie's open mouth. Lisa had gently placed the tips of her fingers under her chin and lifted, closing her mouth. "There ya go."
Jennie smiled with her mouth closed, chewing on the chip and Lisa nearly squealed with how cute she looked. When she realized she was still touching underneath her chin, she coolly dropped it, fighting back another blush.
"Is Chu ready?" Chaeyoung asked. She was wearing a white summer dress with the strings of her dark green two piece peaking through. From the bottom of the staircase, Jisoo shouted,
"I'm ready!"
All three of them looked at Jisoo and sighed.
She was smiling as she was wearing a long sleeve swimming shirt with shorts. She looked like a toddler, Lisa thought to herself. Especially when her face was coated in thick sunscreen, making her look pale as a ghost. She looked at everyone expression and tilted her head confusedly,
"What?"
They were now setting up on the beach. Chaeyoung had placed the blanket down and removed her dress. Lisa was sticking their beach umbrella into the sand when she found herself holding her breath when Jennie asked...
"Hey Chu? Can you rub sunscreen on my back?"
She was too gay for this.
Lisa took a quick glance and nearly fainted from the sight. Jennie's robe was off and she stood there, holding her hair up and smiling at the waves in front of them. She was admiring the ocean, Lisa was admiring how softly the sun kissed Jennie's skin. The simple toned lines of her core. Even her collar bones looked attractive and Lisa felt a sudden thirst to feel her own fingertips glide and dance on her skin– Christ, she needed to swim.
She ripped her eyes away from Jennie and began to untie her shirt before sliding it off. And in that same instant she unbuttoned and dropped her shorts to her feet before stepping onto the sand. She hissed from the heat of it but her desperation to cool down was far worse.
"I'm going for a swim!"
"Put on sunscreen first–yah! Lisa!" Jisoo scoffed as she was clearly ignored. Jennie nearly giggled but she was far too preoccupied on watching the tall girl. Jennie never noticed how slender she was since all Lisa wore was well– anything baggy. So, seeing her–really seeing her in that moment–well, she felt quite warm. She too wanted to swim.
"I-I'm going for a swim too," she announced, dropping her hair from her hand and Jisoo gasped as it covered where she was applying the sunscreen.
"Wait! I wasn't done– yah!!"
Jennie giggled as she followed Lisa. Jisoo scoffed again, "What? Is it ignore Jisoo day?"
Chaeyoung giggled, sunbathing on the blanket, "I mean, with an outfit like that–."
"Don't start."
"Wait up!"
Lisa stopped, shivering as the water tickled her feet. She looked over her shoulder and forced her eyes to focus on Jennie's face and not down below.
"Hi," Jennie giggled and squealed a little as her own feet touched the cold ocean water.
"Hey," Lisa was breathless. So, she looked down and watched the sea foam dance wildly around her ankles before retreating back into the endless expanse. She then glanced up at the bright blue sky and smiled. The world seemed to stand still. "It's beautiful out here," she sighed in content.
Jennie smiled as well, taking a step closer beside Lisa, "It really is." The moment felt so warm and fuzzy. She wondered how a day like this makes her feel happier than she has ever felt. Has she ever been this happy before? And when she glanced at Lisa, it was as if she could breathe again.
Lisa looked at Jennie and met her eyes. They made no sound. It was just the dancing waves, and the pulsing sound of the sea. The sun was shining in Jennie's eyes making her brown eyes lighter than it was. It looked beautiful. She looked beautiful.
The sea breeze was caressing their skin, whispering in their ears as if to say: please don't leave. And Lisa never wanted to leave. Not when Jennie was smiling at her. So, Lisa smiled back and took a few steps into the water, never removing her gaze from Jennie,
"Well?" She reached with her hand, "Are you ready?" Jennie felt mesmerized. She felt free. She felt... beautiful. And it was all because of Lisa's eyes. Slowly, she placed her hand in Lisa's.
"Yes."
Lisa felt her heart flutter. It had been a while since she held Jennie's hands. Jennie was thinking the same thing as she too was staring at their hands. And when she glanced back at Lisa, she giggled.
Lisa looked at Jennie and smiled, she really loved it when Jennie laughed, "What's funny?"
Suddenly, Jennie took steps forward, closer than before and Lisa nearly gasped. Especially when Jennie reached up with her free hand and began to gently comb Lisa's bangs back down.
"You were looking silly," Jennie teased. Lisa grinned with a playful smirk,
"You dare you touch my precious bangs?" Lisa joked, reaching up to swat Jennie's hand off but Jennie took hold of her other hand,
"I dare." Lisa couldn't help but find Jennie even more sexy at that moment. But everything was cut short when..
"Move it!" Jisoo shouted, running through between them with a giant round floaty around her waist. Lisa yelped as she fell into the water while Jennie only stumbled backwards with a squeal.
"Chu!" Jennie whined. But why was she whining? Jisoo smirked, sitting on the floaty and closing her eyes in satisfaction with her hands behind her head,
"You have to swim in the water ladies, not stand and flirt–ah!!"
Lisa had flipped over her floaty.
