"Come visit my home with me."
"Well, hello to you too, Jennie. It's good to see you. Oh me? I'm doing well, thanks."
Lisa brought the opened book to her chest and grinned at the intruder. Her beautiful girlfriend. Jennie giggled and waltzed over to Lisa. She leaned down and smiled, admiring every single detail of Lisa's face before softly kissing her to which Lisa immediately responded, smiling into the kiss.
Jennie pulled away her smile wider than before,
"Hi."
She then laid beside her and pushed the book off Lisa's chest to rest her head there, nuzzling into the crook Lisa's neck. Lisa held her closer and planted a kiss on the top of her head before staring at the ceiling,
"You want me to go home with you and see your parents?"
Jennie nodded, "Yes. I think my parents will be very happy to see you again." The brunette lifted herself up slightly to study Lisa's expression carefully, "Is that okay?"
Lisa met her eyes in wonder. She wondered what would happen if she told the girl no. Lisa was worried to see Jennie's parents again and not because they are terrible people. Jennie's parents are far from horrible. They treated Lisa like she was their own daughter but she hadn't seen them in a very long time. Not only that, she would be showing up as Jennie's girlfriend and not just her best friend.
"Do they know about us?" Lisa cautiously asked, delaying her answer. Jennie smiled softly, reaching up to play with Lisa's bangs, something she was only allowed to do.
"Not yet, but I am going to tell them in person because why would I ever hide someone that I love?"
Lisa blushed deeply. She wasn't used to Jennie reciprocating her feelings in an intense way. Unbeknown to Lisa, Lisa fell for Jennie but Jennie fell harder.
"Aren't you scared? And I'm not talking about telling your parents." Her voice was close to a whisper. Her hands glided up and down Jennie's arm soothingly as she analyzed Jennie's curious expression and felt herself holding her breath as realization pushed aside her wonder.
"I am but not in the way that you think. I was, however, terrified in the beginning because as you know, I like to know everything. I like having answers."
Lisa chuckled, "Yeah, the amount of times you would pull out your phone to google search your questions..." Jennie playfully glared before continuing,
"But the one thing I couldn't answer was how I felt about you. I mean, you show up as a woman I had never met before. You were funnier, confident, and charismatic and I loved the way your eyes studied the world. You looked free and for the first time, the very first time you smiled at me, my heart beat for you." Jennie placed her hand over Lisa's cheek, her thumb caressing her skin,
"And I never felt so terrified because I knew if I allowed those feelings to come to light, everything in my life would change and I didn't know if it would've been a good change or not." Jennie slowly smiled and leaned closer to Lisa's lips, her lips ghosting ever so softly causing a shudder to escape from Lisa. "How stupid of me to ever worry," she whispered, her breath teasing Lisa's lips.
"Oh yeah," Lisa said, quickly rolling them over with Jennie squealing and then giggling as Lisa laid on top of her. Lisa smiled down at her, "How stupid of you." She then captured Jennie's lips softly and both exhaled deeply as if relieved to no longer having the need to hold back. Jennie slid her hands from Lisa's arms up to her neck and tangled her fingers in her hair before pulling her closer. Their lips began to move desperately and wickedly. It was something new but they did not care.
But you know who did?
"Class ended early so I– Ah!!"
Chaeyoung.
"Why are you screaming– Oh my God!!"
And Jisoo.
They cared about their own well beings.
The blonde covered her eyes while Jisoo gagged deeply. Lisa sat up and covered her own blushing face.
"I'm sorry!!"
"Look, we're happy that you guys are happy and in love but could you possibly be happy and in love somewhere else?" Chaeyoung whined. Lisa went to retort but Jennie sat up and took hold of her wrist. And when Lisa met her eyes, she gulped. There was a fire in them that would not and could not be ignited anytime soon.
Jennie pulled them up and smiled triumphantly,
"Gladly."
Jisoo and Chaeyoung groaned in disgust and Lisa could only blush a deeper shade of red and allow Jennie to pull them out of the room. Jennie looked over her shoulder at Jisoo,
"Don't come to our dorm."
"I'd rather die."
"You never answered my question."
Lisa chuckled tiredly, her fingers ghosting over Jennie's naked back.
"You never gave me the time to answer," Lisa reasoned, earning herself a giggle from the brunette that laid on her chest.
"Well, now I'm giving you the time."
Lisa laughed and pulled her closer loving the warmth,
"Yes I'll go home with you."
And of course, Jennie's parents accepted their relationship. Little did Lisa know, Jennie's parents had always known it would happen.
