On the files of SEELE you can find the Dead Sea Scrolls, the more irrelevants have been made public for years already. The ones that dictate the future of the human race, Lilims, are kept under deep security measures. There is however, one scroll that has been uncathegorized due to its inability to be read, papyrus damaged and ancient writing faded. The few sentences that were readable had been misinterpreted to fit the readers' agenda.
If it could've been read in it's entirety, without judgement and prejudices, SEELE would have approached their actions much more carefully to determine their steps. This, however, did not happened, and the true meaning has been lost to anybody that could have changed the fate of humanity.
