History
÷
Created in 1867 compromise, the Austro-Hungarian empire is seen as a great superpower in Europe, but with the demographics down the toilet, the empire has got to be the most multi-ethnic empire the world has ever sees, 11 or more ethnicities in the empire, this.. would cause much problem, language barriers, Nationalism, cultural differences, and even couple of ethnic cleansing and hate rhetoric amongst the different groups. Despite this, the Austro-Hungarian government is trying to.. well fix all of this schmuck, but there struggling, the economy however was good, slow but good, then 1914 an oof happened to Franz Ferdinand then ww1 started, austria hungary won in 1919, but.. economy is a dumpster fire, again ethnic tensions, However some liberal reformers happened in 1924, basically fixing shit, Increased rights, increased freedom of religion, make all of the major ethnicities an official language, new education, new economy reforms, reforms, reforms everywhere, however the language barriers seems to be a problem.. so the liberals proposed a universal language for everyone to communicate.. English, due to the language being very easy and simple. So yeah English becomes a universal language in the empire, oh the empire got two new colonies in north Africa in 1926, despite some opposition in the empire, bur kaiser Charles is happy to get one. During the interwar period the economy boomed, new military equipment happens, second world war happened, syndies fights in the alps, but off course they won, and after the war the empire get a slice of France as an occupation zone, later in 1946 they left because France returned into a republic.
