The doctors walks in.

"So kiara, you have to take her home tomorrow" she smiles

"We'll what if  we ... want to look at .... Other options?" Anna buts in

"Like .... Adoption say?" She adds crossing her arms.

"Is that what you want Kiara?" The doctor asks her.

Kiara stays silent. She looks at her mum, who nods at her with a big smile, suggesting she says yes, then she look at her dad, he looks sad for her, he knows just as well as her how overbearing Anna can be, then kiara looks at the baby, her baby. And that was enough for her to decide.

"no...... It's not" she says confidently

Anna looks completely shocked, angry even. But Mike .... Kiara thought she even saw him smile slightly.

"Ok then" the doctor nods "tomorrow"

Kie nods as the doctor walks out.

"Kiara?!"

"Yes mum" Kie sighs

"What the hell was that?"

"It's my decision"

"Mike ...." She turns to her husband looking for some   Support.

"She's right, it's her decision, all we can do is support that"

"What? Support her decision to throw away her life!"

"Look I know this is all a shock ok? I do! God knows it's was a surprise to me to! and obviously I wouldn't have chosen this, but it's happened ok? What good is it wishing that it hadn't?"

"She needs me" she turns to the baby sleeping peacefully in the crib.

"What's her name darling?" Mike asks softly

"Lilly" she smiles

"It's perfect" he replies

"Carrera?" Her mum asks annoyed

"Or are you finally going to tell us who her father is.

"It doesn't matter"

"Of course it does? Doesn't he deserve to know?"

"He doesn't even see me" she whispers
