It's around 5 in the evening, Avani held her bag tightly and looked at the mansion which was standing tall and proud.

Despite Avani was born in Andhrapradesh, still she had no knowledge about politics.

Irony is, that her first job is being a teacher to an MLA's daughter.

Her train of thoughts broke when her Teacher spoke.

"Avani, This is the place which will help you bear all your expenses, be mindful while working. "

Avani had no clue how to take it.

"Ok teacher. "

Both of them entered the mansion after a half an hour of checking.

"Maybe I shouldn't have been here"

Avani felt timidly nervous.

She was overwhelmed with everything at the mansion.

Even though she didn't start her job, she wanted to quit it.

She tried to calm her heart.

Her teacher kept hand on her shoulder and assured her through her eyes.

Avani never believed anyone except her teacher, she knew that she wouldn't cause harm or direct her in a dangerous path.

She smiled back and started walking with her teacher.

The moment she entered, she was in awe looking at the magnificent interior with white walls which screamed Royalty.

The sofas were huge, the comfort of them can be sensed from far away

Still, the mansion felt like a home.

The traditional furniture made of wood.

Made her feel as she was transferred to a different era.

She saw portraits of Hindu Gods and Goddess.

It was the first time Avani was seeing all the Hindu gods and their history in pictures, being grown up in a Christian Orphanage, she considered herself as Christian.

A faded sound of ankles could be heard and it was clear that the pair of ankled-legs were approaching her.

She saw a woman, apparently she was in her 40's wearing a simple saree yet looking lavish. She wore her sindoor proudly.

Her style was definitely archaic.

" Namaste Teacher. "

She said out in her sweet voice.

And smiled at Avani.

Out of respect, Avani folded her hands and greeted back.

"Avani, she is Mahalakshmi, Bala's amma."

"Glad to meet you ma'am"

"Bala, come out your new tution tutor has come"

Her voice echoed in the room.

Despite the house being decorated with expensive things, Avani felt that something is incomplete.

She then saw a girl, perhaps in her teenage years, her skin was as brown as wheat, jet black eyes and hair.

"Hi akka, I am Bala."
