Vaidehi held her handkerchief as a glove so that she'll not come in contact with the dust.

Shreyansh rolled his eyes while flaring his nostrils.

Vaidehi got irritated as she didn't receive any reply from that side of the door.

Vaidehi started knocking, in other words, she was banging the door.

Shreyansh felt strong displeasure through every cell .

He pushed her hand off the door .

"Can't you stop doing that? Why are you acting like a maniac? "

He said that with a sour expression.

Vaidehi inhaled sharply.

*In Avani's room*

Avani went towards the door and opened it.

She saw Akash's mother.

Avani didn't want to accept the truth that she was standing in front of her.

Avani felt goosebumps across her body.

Her eyelids started battling and she went pale.

The day, when she met her for the first time and the day of losing her son, both of the bitter experiences flashed in front of her eyes.

Avani just wanted to move into the cocoon made up of voidness .

It hurts when you don't want to face those evils of your life who will give life to the unworthy hindrance to a normal life.

Avani had no clue about the next step.

She looked at Shreyansh and Bala, who were standing behind Vaidehi.

She didn't know how she should react, so she moved aside and signalled them to get in.

Avani couldn't find words to utter.

The moment Shreyansh got into the room, his eyes widened with deep anguish, he witnessed his family residing in a room, which is not even as spacious as their store room.

Bala lowered her chin to chest as she had no courage to look into Avani's eyes anymore.

Avani's head was already spinning with the sudden visit of the people whom she never wanted to come across.

Vaidehi's eyes roamed across the room, the tiny room, she wasn't sure what she was feeling about.

Avani was feeling lack of confidence as her home wasn't appropriate and convenient for any guest to visit and stay over.

Avani eye's wandered across the room and she knew that she didn't even have chairs to let them sit on them.

She took a carpet and spread it on the floor and signalled them to sit on it.

"I....am..sorry.... unfortunately.... I don't....have... any...chair... please....sit...."

Avani said while she was fidgeting her hands and Shreyansh and Bala made eye contact and sat on the carpet and looking at them even Vaidehi sat.

Avani quickly turned and brought them water in glasses.

She handed the glasses to them and Shreyansh observed how her hands were shaking out of nervousness.
