There was meeting going on in the Party office of Vaidehi.
"This time, we're going to get 75% of the votes. "
Within a fraction of second, every leader was applauding loudly.
Vaidehi smirked and continued the rest of the speech.
Although,it was prohibited to come in , during the meeting.
The PA of Vaidehi ran into her room.
Just by hearing the footsteps, she angrily glared at him and it was the signal for him to get out of her sight.
But he came running towards her and pleaded through his eyes.
Vaidehi has never seen uneasy look on his face.
Vaidehi handed over her mic to another person.
Vaidehi's eyes moved to the left and she signalled that she'll be in a minute.
She moved out of her room and lifted her eyebrow while looking at her PA.
"Ma'am... Akash's sir got..... married."
Vaidehi blinked her eyes and then she fell on the sofa while giggling loudly.
"My Akash wouldn't even buy a shirt without informing me, how do you think he'll...?"
"He got married to a girl named Avani."
Her PA cut her off in the middle.
Vaidehi got up
"Avani...??"
Her PA lowered his eyes and handed over one photo.
Vaidehi gulped and took the photo and turned her gaze towards the photo.
Vaidehi then dropped the photo and screamed while
"Akash!!!!! How dishonest you turned out. I can never comprehend how she made you fall in her trap."
"Call my husband, brother and Shreyansh. Se..ee that this news doesn't spread across the state. "
Vaidehi's eyes turned crimson red, she felt that all the name and fame she has accumulated so far, is of no use.
Earlier, she felt happy that she has made a masterplan which is the marriage alliance between the two parties.
"Akka enti idi? Akash ala Ela chestadu?
(What is this sister? How can Akash do this?)
"I wish I had the answer with me. He betrayed me , more than anyone else could have done."
"Vaidehi, show me the picture of her, let's see if he has a segggsy choice or not."
Akash's father said while smirking.
Vaidehi closed her eyes in annoyance.
"Amma, I.... don't know.....ho..w annayya can do such thing, you've given him everything, still he cho..ose to hurt you. Leave him alone. Let him suffer, I was....at my friend's home, otherwise....I would've.... stopped him."
He said with a shaky voice while tapping his feet lightly.
Vaidehi didn't even care to look at one of the men.
"Shreyansh why are timid? You seem scared ? What's the reason behind it?"
Vaidehi questioned with a blank face while looking down the photo of her newly-wed son along with his daughter-in-law.
