Avani gently took him into her arms as he had now opened his eyes, the doctor suggested her to maintain a skin-to-skin contact with her son as he would probably panic by witnessing the new atmosphere and her warmth may calm him down.
He started bawling loudly.
"Ayyoo..nani..edavadu nanna...amma ikkade undi gaa...hmmm."
(Ayo..my cutie... don't cry my dear... your mother is with you.)
He opened his caramelized hazelnut eyes and gazed soulfully.
The outer noises vanished for Avani.
Apparently, they were playing a staring competition whatsoever.
His face reflected as if peace engulfed him.
Avani held his hand and he immediately wrapped his hand around her index finger.
"My Gorgeous little man! You love mamma , right? Amma, will feed with the best chocolates in future, for now latch on properly . Got it my little prince?"
The reply she got was again the STARE!
Avani called out the nurse to help her feed her infant but she angrily walked in and scolded Avani for not being aware of breastfeeding.
The nurse raised her pitch which caused Ayush to sob.
Avani nodded and proceeded to feed on her own.
Perplexed Ayush, as he was unresponsive to her mother's efforts and his messy , uncontrollable cries echoed in the room.
Avani placed her stubborn son under her arm and her left hand provided him support to lay on .
Fortunately, he understood everything and started sucking her nipple , definitely not gently.
"Ahh! Certified monster! Causing me nipple pain! huh? Be a good boy, Ayu!!!"
Avani said teasingly while she picked his forehead and he didn't pay attention to her words .
Ayush then slept like a Koala on her mother and still his lips held her mother's nipple.
She gently removed it from his mouth and placed him beside her.
She laid him on to her side and faced him.
"Thank you for choosing me Ayu, your presence itself has made me feel safe and sound. I just hope we stay happy together forever."
*AFTER ONE DAY *
The nurse came in while Ayush rested in her mother's arms and apparently Avani dozed off.
"Hey, girl! Get up!! "
Avani flinched and glared at her as she was shouting and it might disturb her son who has sensitive hearing.
Avani questioned about her sudden visit as she rarely comes towards her.
"Pack your bags and move from here, till today's evening. We want this bed . It isn't your maternal home to stay and rest for 3 months straight."
Avani packed her bags and her son dozed off.
She held him in one hand and the bag in the other and walked slowly and in a more relaxed way .
