After washing myself and my hair, I begrudgingly leave the warmth of the bath. I throw the clean clothes on and comb through my damp hair before exiting the bathroom, my old and dirty clothes in my hand. My mother looks up from her work when she hears me enter the lobby. 

A warm smile spreads across her features. "How was it? Do you feel better?" she asks, I nod in response. "So much better. Thank you mother," I reply, her smile gets bigger. "Let me take those," She gestures to the lump of clothes in my arms and I hand them over to her.

"Oh, one of the princes came looking for you," mother says while putting the clothes in the bin for laundry, I look at her, waiting for her to continue. "He said you were going to take him out to see the village." She explains while turning back to face me. "Oh, Seungmin." I say, a teasing smile appears on my mother's face and I give her a questioning look. "Sounds like you have a date," She says. I scoff, give me a break.

"It's not a date, mom. He wants to explore and I'm simply doing my job and making sure no harm comes to him," I explain. Mother dismisses my explanation and continues to tease me. She stops and smiles mischievously when someone walks downstairs. I turn and see Seungmin standing at the bottom of the stairs. 

"There you are. Oh, am I interrupting something?" He asks. I shake my head quickly. "Not at all, are you ready? Good, lets go!" I say quickly, wanting to get away from my mother's teasing. I grab Seungmin's wrist and pull him towards the door. "Have fun on your date!" Mother says as we walk away.

"IT'S NOT A DATE!" I shout over my shoulder as I continue to pull Seungmin out the door. The door shuts behind us and I let go of Seungmin's wrist. "I'm sorry but I needed to get away from that," I say, slightly flustered. I love my mother and all but she can go a bit overboard. I take a breath and look at Seungmin. 

"Lead the way, I will protect you," I say. He says nothing, but nods before walking away. Leaving me to follow behind him. For the most part he wanders around, occasionally stopping to ask me a question about a stand or shop. I keep about a yards distance from him the entire time, not wanting to annoy him and letting him experience Eldermora.

After about a half an hour of walking, Seungmin stops in his tracks. "Seungmin?" I say, grabbing his attention. He turns to face me. "You don't have to walk behind me, you know. I don't bite," He says sarcastically. I stifle a laugh. "You sure you don't? You look like the type to," I say jokingly. He rolls his eyes. "Are you going to walk next to me or not," He looks away.

"If that's what you want, I will," I say. Seungmin mumbles something under his breath. "What was that?" I ask. "I said I do." He says quickly, and louder this time. I stifle a laugh and stand next to him. "Alright then," I say, he refuses to meet my gaze. We continue walking, in silence. Passing multiple vendors and shops. 

Although it's quiet between us, it's comfortable. I take in the sights, the new shops, the new houses, and the new people, when I scan over a couple of familiar faces. I let my gaze linger for a bit too long, and our eyes meet. 

There's two boys. One shorter with longer black hair and captivating eyes. The other is taller with shorter black hair and expressive eyes. The taller boy's lips part and he says something to the shorter guy next to him, who nods in response. I scour my memory, trying to recall who these people are and why they're so familiar.

The shorter one's face lights up before he starts speed walking towards me the other guy follows behind him. I stop in my tracks, only then do I remember who and why I remember these people. "Y/n-ah!" he yells. Seungmin stops and turns to look at me. "You're back!" the shorter male, known as Wooyoung says once he gets to me. I smile as he embraces me in a tight hug. "I missed you!" Wooyoung says as he lifts me off of the ground, spinning me.
