Christmas Special: Changbin

You're waiting (not so) patiently for your boyfriend to arrive home from his visit with his brothers. You pace back and forth, trying to find anything to keep you busy until he gets back. It's only been a week since you last saw each other, but it feels like centuries have passed. 

You settle for rearranging the kitchen for a second time. A second time within 4 hours. What can you say, you're excited. 

You're in the middle of moving the blender to a different part of the room when you hear the door open. "Y/n? I'm home!" You immediately set the blender on the counter and rush into the front room. Changbin smiles brightly when he sees you rush into the room, dropping his bags hazardly on the group and opening his arms to envelope you in a tight hug.

You wrap your arms around his chest tightly while he buries his face into your hair. "Hi baby," He whispers into your shoulder. "I missed you so much," You whisper back. His chest rumbles with laughter. "I missed you too. There wasn't a second I wasn't missing you, love," He says while rubbing your back with comforting circles.

"Let me put my stuff away, and we can have a Christmas movie marathon, okay hun?" He say softly and nod before reluctantly releasing him from your arms. "Let me help you," You say while picking up one of the heavy bags off of the floor. "Jeez, what did you pack, Binnie?" You joke and he laughs. "My brothers sent some gifts home for Christmas. Believe it or not, I packed light," He says while picking up the other bags.

You trail behind him while he carries the other bags to your shared room, silently admiring the way his muscles flex. He pauses at the closed door. "Babe, a little help?" He asks while signaling to the door and you reach around him to open it. He lugs the bags into the room and sets them on the floor out of the way. "I'll worry about those later, for now it's me and you," 

He walks closer to you, eventually leaning down to press a kiss to your cheek. "Do you trust me?" He asks with a mischievous smile on his face. "More than anyone," You reply. A bright smile takes over his face. "Close your eyes then," He says and you obey. 

You hear a bit of shuffling and then the floor below you leaves as you're hoisted into strong arms. "Binnie!" You shout in surprise before opening your eyes to see the adorable face of your boyfriend smiling back at you, a sight which melts your heart. You wrap your arms around his neck and rest your head against his shoulder. 

"The house looks great, by the way. I love the decorations," He says while walking you through the house to the front room. You smile up at him. "I'm glad you like it," You reply as he carefully sets you on the couch before taking a seat next to you and pulling you into him. 

"What movie should we start with?" He asks while turning the tv on. You shrug and get comfy. After some debating the two of you decided on home alone as the first movie. An evening full of laughter ended with you falling asleep on Changbin as the snow falls outside.

"This has been the best Christmas eve ever. I love you," Changbin whispers before placing a kiss on your head and drifting off to sleep as well.
