Changbin Confession

That person is...

Changbin.

Out of all of the princes, Changbin is probably the brother I have interacted with the least, but everyone was memorable, to say the least. They were so memorable that I have caught myself thinking back to those moments and slowly falling for the man.

I release a sigh as Minho rolls over so he's not laying on me anymore. A quiet knock on the door startles me slightly. I swing my legs over the side of the bed and walk to the door, opening it quietly. "Changbin?" I say when I see Changbin standing on the other side of the door, looking anxious. "Hi, uh- can we... talk for a second?" He says while fidgeting with his hands nervously. "Oh, sure," I say while stepping out of the room and closing the door behind me.

"Is something wrong?" I ask. He taps his foot on the ground repeatedly. "No! No- I was just," He pauses, taking a deep breath. "I had a hard time sleeping, so I went to talk to Chan, and I realized something," He says, never once meeting my eye. "Realized what?" I ask.

Changbin inhales deeply. "I realized that I... that I like you, and you don't have to say anything I just, I needed to get it off of my chest. I know you're more likely to like Hyunjin or Han or F-" I cut his rant short by placing a hand on his cheek. His eyes go wide at the contact.

"Calm down Binnie. It's alright if I call you that, right?" I say, he nods quickly. "But it's okay, I like you too," I say with a soft smile. Changbin's ears flush a shade of pink. "You- You do?" He asks and I nod in response.

His face lights up with a smile. "Can I hug you?" He asks with a bright smile. "Of course," I say softly. He immediately pulls me into him, wrapping his arms around my shoulders. I wrap my arms around his chest as I rest my head on his shoulder. "I'm so happy," He says quietly. I hum in agreement.

"As much as I don't want to let you go, it's late and we should get some sleep," Changbin says. I look up at him and nod. He releases me from his arms. "Goodnight Changbin," I say with a soft smile. He smiles back. "Goodnight Y/n," I turn to go back into my room.

"Y/n, wait!" Changbin says. I turn around and look at him with curiosity. He comes closer to me, cups my face with his hands, and places a gentle kiss on my forehead. "Sleep well, Y/n," Changbin says with a smile.
