Christmas Special: Hyunjin

"Princess, wake up!~ It's Christmas," Your boyfriend says while sitting on his side of the bed. You groan and grab his hand, pulling him down into the bed with you and throwing your leg over his body. "Five more minutes," You mumble. Hyunjin laughs, "Darling, as much as I would love to spend all day cuddling with you, my brothers are coming over so we have to get up," He says.

You begrudgingly open your eyes and you feel your heart flutter when you're met with the handsome face of your boyfriend. "There she is. Now come on, pretty girl, get up," Hyunjin says with a smile. You sit up and stretch and Hyunjin stands up.

You look up at him and he smiles down at you before leaning on the bed and kissing you quickly. "Get ready, beautiful. I have full intent to rub it in their faces that you chose me," He says pettily as he pecks your lips once more and leaves.

You hear the boys chatting downstairs as you add the finishing touches to your hair. You decided on a simple Christmas-themed outfit, with a red sweater, black pants, and white accessories. You look yourself over in the mirror once more before deciding it's time to go downstairs.

The last time you saw Hyunjin's brother, it was a couple of days after you two had announced your relationship, and to say things were awkward was an understatement. You just hope today will be less tense as you walk down the stairs.

Chan is the first to notice you. "Y/n! Merry Christmas!" He says while making his way over to hug you. "How are you," He says with a smile. You reply with 'good' and a smile of your own as the rest of the boys line up to greet you, Felix being the last.

He hugs you tightly with a bright smile and you notice Hyunjin glaring at him from his spot across the room. "He's staring isn't he," Felix whispers and you nod. Felix turns around with a teasing smile. "She might be your girlfriend now, but she was my friend first," He prods. Hyunjin gives a half-assed sarcastic smile and quickly strides to your side, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you closer.

"You look amazing, darling," He whispers with a wink and a smirk which makes your face heat up in return. After a while, the boys settle around the room and catch up. All of the while, Hyunjin is subtly gloating about your relationship, whether it's by placing a hand on your leg or referring to you by a pet name when he asks you something. Every time he does, the vibe shifts in the room into a more tense and awkward one.

Having enough of it, you jump to your feet. "Sorry to interrupt, but Hyunjin, come with me please," You say while grabbing his hand and practically dragging him to a different room, leaving seven confused boys behind.

"What's wrong princess?" He asks as you run a hand through your hair. "Love, I know what you're doing," You say turning to face him. Hyunjin laughs a bit. "I've told you what I'm going to be doing. They liked you in the past, but you're mine and I have full intention to boast that my beautiful, caring, strong, girlfriend chose me instead of them," He says with a proud smirk.

You look at him with a blank face and the smile falters. He sighs before walking closer to you and gently taking your hands in his. "I'll stop if you want me to princess, I'm sorry if I upset you," He says with sincerity. You grip his hand tighter. "I just love you so much," He says as he pulls you closer to him. "And I want the whole world to know that I'm yours, and you're mine," He says with a smile before leaning in for a kiss.
