~*~Chapter 21~Taking Aim~*~
I've barely been to school this past month but I want nothing more than to not go. Ever since those kids were possessed I've wanted to avoid them like they had some damn plague. Even though a plague wouldn't cause any harm to me.
It's raining so incredibly hard outside to mirror my mood. I hop into my mustang filled with dread, I seriously hate school. The teachers piss me off, or maybe it's just my temperament acting like this. It's been spiking the last remaining days of the weekend. I don't think I'd ever fought so much with my friends and family.
I pulled up the the old, run down building most likely sooner than I should have and just sat there in the car. I leaned my throbbing head back and closed my eyes. Just as everything was starting to become relaxed, there were three firm knocks on my window.
I didn't have to open my eyes to know who it was so I just flipped the two idiots the bird before hitting the locks on the car. I refuse to let those dumb idiots into my car.
Knocks started to sound consistently from both the passenger and the driver side windows. I turned the key in the ignition until the battery was running and blasted the music through the speakers to drown out Kobal and Anser's fists.
The last thing I'd have expected was for my door to fly open. Sighing I stepped out of the car and pushed Kobal out of the way grabbing my spare key from his hand in the process.
“Did Minor keep you up all last night again?” He asked and I ignored him with pleasure. “What the hell crawled up your ass and died?” he voiced again.
This time I didn't ignore him but spun around and knocked him the ground. I stood above him glaring. “I don't know, buck-o, but don't push it.” I walked away steaming. What on Earth is going on with me?
I continued onto school. No one else I knew experienced the moods that I'm going through at this very moment.
The bell had already rung and everyone else was in their classes so I just through the doors open with my mind and walked into the school like a bad ass demon; closing the door to all the shit that just hit the fan.

At lunch everything was back to normal. Kobal apparently shut and locked the same door I did. I thought everything was better, or at least getting better. I couldn't have been any more wrong.
I felt another demon presence enter the school. At an achingly slow pace it grew closer and closer. When Hunter walked through the doors with Tyler and Chance at his sides I chocked on my Arizona Sweet tea.
They stopped at our table and I read into Tyler's mind. I wanted to know what the hell he was doing with Hunter.
I sighed in relief when I found out it wasn't by choice but tensed when I found out Hunter was holding Tyler by something.
“How can I help you?” I asked glaring at Hunter. He smirked at my glare taking his sweet time to reply.
“I just came to inform you, madame, that I have begun what you should have already. The stupid humans will never know it was actually me and not you so the power remains yours.”
I was confused beyond belief, “What the hell are you talking about Hunter?”
He smiled an actual smile, “I took care of the Allen family for you. We could make a great team, Jezzie. You were put with MY brother for a reason.” I hated the way he emphasized my, it made me realize that I'm missing shit loads of information. To some that might not make sense but I never make sense to anyone.
My temper was rising again but I chose a less violent action. Hunter values his hair just as much as Azael. So, as he reached up to run his hand through it still smirking at me it started to fall out. His smirk instantly fell from his face replaced with panic.
I, however, found that same smirk he just lost and stared at him. “Problems?”
He looked at me, “You-you did this?”
I snorted at him and tilted my head to the side in an innocent gesture. “What do you mean?” I furrowed my eyebrows at him but on the inside was laughing my demon ass off. He would probably cry for nights about his hair.
He leaned in close to my face with his eyes bright, almost as if they were LED Christmas lights. I didn't flinch in the slightest but felt twice as powerful as him. “Don't act like you don't know.”
“Leave, Hunter, before I tear you to shreds. I may be a girl but I sure as hell know that I can beat you. You know it, too. So back down.” By the end I was practically growling through clenched teeth. My temper was shooting up higher than it's ever been by him trying to make me the lower one.
I slowly rose from my seat tension vibrating through my body. His eyes widen in shock and fear but tried to cover it quickly. His fear though was still emitting from his body feeding me just like the lies do. It was exhilarating.
I walked around the table until I was inches from him and looking up at him. To most it wouldn't look intimidating but his fear once again spiked and sent a jolt through me. I looked up and only uttered the words that I found would be best, “Leave, Asshole.”

I'm so unbelievably sorry it took so long for me to update. I've had so many things going on in my life the past month I thought maybe I went to hell. (It's a pun, get it?) Well, anyhow, I know it's short and for that I apologize but hopefully I will update within the next couple of days!
