~*~ Chapter 22~ Glass~*~
I left the school building the moment the bell rang signaling lunch was over. I couldn't stay and I obviously didn't.
When I pulled out of the parking lot I turned left towards Minor's college. I knew I needed him and solely him.
These damn pulling feelings were annoying as hell and I want nothing more to get rid of them. Sure they've only done good for others but I'm not a damn super hero.
When I pulled up I saw Minor leaning against a tree talking to his friends. I recognized Ben and Cory from the other day along with Danny. The other two were complete strangers to me though.
I stepped out of my car and began trudging my way over to them. I glanced around the parking lot looking for any reason I was pulled here. The second my eyes landed on the building behind Minor. Once I saw the black haired fallen I growled. Beside him was my favorite blonde Black Wing.
I finished walking up to Minor but noticed Grey and Lane, the other fallen, stand up straight before beginning their way down the cement stairs.
“Shit,” was the greeting that the entire group surrounding Minor received. Minor stood up when I made my way to him. He looked at me questioningly, but I just tipped my head in gesture of telling him to look behind him.
He repeated my greeting once he noticed the idiots making their way towards us.
Danny's voice filled the tension filled air, “Uh, what's going on, Minor?” He looked at Minor who didn't answer. “Beth?” I glanced at him, back to the Black Wings, and then settling on him.
I threw my thumb over my shoulder pointing to the two making their way towards us. “They just don't know when to leave me and Minor alone.”
“Now, Jezebeth, you know that's not what you want. You guys love us.” I just flipped off Grey without looking at him. “Now, babe, you know that's illegal for me.”
I could practically feel Minor's anger rolling off his being. “I suggest you to shut your ugly ass face, Grey.”
I turned to see Grey holding his hands up and taking a step back. Lain shook his black locks and pinched the bridge of his nose before standing up business like. “Look, I have no idea what this idiot,” he pointed to Grey, “has been up too but really I'm just here for some answers.”
I looked at him confused, “What answers?”
“There's been so much going around about you two. Things where your supposedly one of the strongest couples ever created. Look, I don't know, but the things I've heard I just had to see for myself.”
Minor's deep voice rumbled after Lane's. “And did you?”
Lane was quite for a few seconds as he stared at the ground. After several moments he looked up. “Honestly? Yeah, I have. Not everything but after seeing some it was enough.”
Minor shook his head, “Good, now leave.”
Lane offered a smile that was fake beyond my seventeen years, “Planned on it, for now, but do expect to be seeing me shortly.”
“Looking forward to it,” I exclaim.
“Well, the sarcasm wasn't needed.” I heard Grey mumble as he and Lane started to walk away.

Minor went back to his classes but I just went home. For the past few hours I've done nothing but stare at the ceiling with my eyes glowing orange. I'm not sure why but I was angry. Maybe it was at Hunter or even Lane, but for whatever reason I was pissed.
I heard the front door open and shut then my name being called. I ignored him knowing he'd walk into the room momentarily anyhow. Just as predicted he walked into our room and looked concerned. His worry filled voice completely washed the anger from me. “Angel, what's wrong?”
I looked at him with watery eyes but didn't move my body. My body felt paralyzed so I literally couldn't move even if I wanted to. “I don't know. I'm always angry and as of right now I can't move. My entire body is burning and I don't know what to do.” The tears broke through the barrier and he quickly made my way over to me to envelope me into a hug.
He rubbed my back after tucking my head into his neck and placing several kisses on my head. “I'm so sorry baby. We will figure this out.”
After a couple minutes I began to get movement back into my body and the burning began to subside. “I think it's time I make the trip, Minor.” I whispered as I lifted my head.
“You aren't going down there without me. You've never been there, I'm not letting you go to our homeland by yourself.”
“You don't have to. I know you hate Hell and I don't blame you. I'd love to have you with me but that doesn't mean you have to.”
“Angel, I'm in this with you. From now on every time you leave this damn state I'm by your side. Understand?”
I couldn't get a word out so I just crashed my lips to his. By the time the kiss ended by voice was back in cession, “I love you so much, Minor.”
Minor smirked down at me, “There's no way you couldn't. I meant seriously, look at me.”
I slapped his arm but kissed him again. “Damn big headed asshole.”
“But I'm your asshole, the same one you love sooooooo much.” I laughed as I made my way to the bathroom. “Where ya goin'?” Minor had a playful ring to his voice.
“To pee, I haven't been able to get up since I got home.” He frowned making me laugh once again.

Sitting down at dinner that night seemed off. I was going to tell my dad about everything that happened today. He'd been wanting me to go to our home land for answers but I just couldn't let myself. Now, I have no choice. Well at least that's how I feel.
The three of us sat there at the table fixing our plates but not speaking. Once everyone had settled down I looked directly at my father and folded my hands. He looked up at me with a raised eyebrow. “You win.”
He smiled but voiced a question that he knew the answer to. “Won what?”
I glared at him. I placed my head on the table, “I'm going to Hell.”
Minor and my dads laughter filled the dinning room. “That was cute.” Minor stated after he quit laughing.
I sat up and dug into my plate of Chinese food. “Shut up.”
