JASMINE'S POV

"Go sit down young lady"

Mrs. Grace said and I gritted my teeth while I went to have a seat beside  Connor. I glared at him

"Bad Luck" I muttered and he turned to stare at me

"Excuse me.... Did you say something just now?" He smirked and I rolled my eyeballs.

"No! You are not excused Connor.... What did I ever do to you?... You're just so annoying" I said glaring at him and he looked slightly confused

"Ok I get the idea you're mad about something or probably jealous" He said

"Oh!... Jealous?... Do you ever hear yourself speak?..... "

"Says the girl who's mad about something and uses a hot dude as an excuse to blow off steam". Connor said and I fake gagged

"You wish" I replied

"Enough bickering you two grab a sheet of paper each and pick a pen .... You're writing I'll obey school rules a thousand times on the sheet of paper and none of you is leaving here until you're done. I'll get to it if I were you".

Mrs Grace said and Connor scoffed.

"Well that's if it were you ma'am" Connor muttered.

"Did you say something Mr. Payne?" Mrs Grace asked

Connor wore a smirk before replying.

"We both know all you want to do is sleep without a care in the world. And why would I write some crap anyway?..... I'll be here tomorrow anyways"

Mrs. Grace glared at him and I wore a surprised face on.

Did he really just say that?.....
Then again we're talking about
Connor freaking Payne here.

Mrs. Grace wore her most intimidating glare ever but Connor didn't seem bothered the slightest bit.

"I'm sure you would like a visit to the principal's office"

"Sounds fun. When's my appointment?" Connor wore his signature smirk running his hand through his hair .
Sarcasm dripped off every word he said...

"Ms. Watterson quit staring and pick a piece of paper" Mrs Grace said.

I wish I could talk my way out of this.
Stupid Connor getting me into trouble.

  "Sup sis... You look exhausted" Jeremy said and I sighed.

" Is it that obvious?" I asked before crossing my hand below my chest.

I looked around the parking lot with people around chatting and some others driving off.

"Jassy!"

I heard that unique but annoying nickname given to me by my best friend.

I looked behind me and there was Rosie approaching me.

"Hey there Jerry" She said when she finally stopped in front of us.

"Hi Rosie...., Uhm Jas I'm just gonna go check on Jason and Jaxon" Jeremy said before walking away.

"Jassy.. I couldn't find you anywhere after lunch break. Did you ditch school?" She asked

"I wish I ditched school Rosie."

"What happened?" She looked curious and I released a deep sigh.

"Connor happened" And then I went on to explain what happened.
