Chapter 26~Cupcakes

JASMINE'S POV

Well breakfast didn't hold as planned instead it's a family's meeting concerning Jace's new hair color. It's green , freaking GREEN!!!.

The tension in the air was really thick, everyone took quiet breaths as our gazes were focused on Jace who didn't look one bit happy, he glared at Jeremy and if looks could kill, Jeremy would be about ten feet in the ground.

"Jeremy care to explain why Jake's hair is green?" Mom questioned sternly frowning at Jeremy who stood still at the kitchen's door away from the rest of us in the living room.

"In my defense, I thought he needed a new hair color for a change, besides isn't green his favorite color?." Jeremy said with a smirk, and I mentally face palmed. This kid never learns.

"It's red you twerp, and I didn't need your opinion on my choice of hair color you little piece of ----" Jace looked red in the face as he spoke

"Language!" Mom cut Jake off as he was about to finish his sentence.

"Jeremy I can't believe you would do this to your sibling" She looked like she was disappointed.

"Actually I can, he's put glue in my hair before" Mum threw me the stink eye before replying.

"Yes i know but that was one accident Jasmine"

" He once shaved off my hair halfway with dad's clippers" Jayden inputted and mum turned to stare at him before sighing.

"Ok maybe we can say that was a second accident" She replied him.
Jayden looked halfway bald at the front of his hair and the back of his head was hairy.

"Jeremy swapped the content our hair shampoo with raw eggs " Jason and Jaxon said together and mom groaned.

That really disgusted me til today.

"Ok we can all agree that those were Jeremy's mistakes which he was grounded for according to how bad each of them was"

"So can we count this as a mistake too?" Jeremy asked with a sheepish smile while scratching behind his neck.

"No we are not counting it as a mistake Jeremy, this__" She pointed at Jace's hair "_ was intentional and you are going to apologize to him and I am going to punish you for this"

"He looks cooler, come on just look at him" He said and Mom placed her hands on her hips with a from.

"Jeremy listen to your mother" Dad said.

"Fine! I'm sorry" He said grumpily and I'm sure he's not a bit sorry.

"No you're not!" Jace yelled gritting his teeth and Jeremy rolled his eyes when mom and dad wasn't looking at him.

"Jeremy you're grounded, no wifi, no phone, no games, no TV, and you're doing the dishes for a week" Mom called out his punishments and Jeremy's jaw almost touched the ground.

"What?! It was just a hair color, I didn't kill him. Seriously?. You might as well just send me to jail" Jeremy scoffed and walked passed us heading upstairs.

"Let's have breakfast everyone. Jace I'm taking you to the salon for a solution to undo that"Mom said before she sighed heading to the kitchen.

"Kids these days" Dad muttered as he walked passed me.

What a chaotic Saturday.

We had breakfast, mom and Jace are at the salon, Jeremy's upstairs with Jayden, Dad took Jason and Jaxon to a kiddies park and now it's just me at home but I'm waiting for Rosie to come over.
