Remember the one about Aiden being drafted?

Once again, random plot generator.

Aru stared at her. Her gold hair covered her eyes as she breathed in soft breathes, her fingers twitching a bit as she dreamed about lord-knows-what.

She looked innocent.

Different.

Aru was her sister- She couldn't see anything past her beauty and strength. She didn't see the dark circles under her eyes, her grime-streaked face, and her exhaustion for working so damn hard.

Brynne mumbled something in her sleep and rolled onto her side, so that she was facing Aru. Aru let out a tired laugh.

"Are you dead?" She whispered.

Brynne's eyes opened a tiny bit and met Aru's. Then, they fluttered shut once again.

"What do you think?" Brynne whispered back.

"What I think?" Aru leaned forward and held her hand, "I think that dead people can't speak." Brynne laughed weakly.

"You haven't changed."

"What made you think I would change?"

Brynne opened her eyes fully and looked at her sister. It had been so long. She took a minute to acknowledge Aru's looks. She had longer hair, which was still in a braid. She'd grown taller, too, and her eyes were still dark brown.

"You're right," She finally muttered, "Stupid of me to think that you would mature."

Aru smiled.

At least they were together again.

Plot: Two people are separated and live many years away from each other. Suddenly, person A gets sick and person B worriedly goes to meet them.

I know, short. And yes, trashy ending.
