To whoever cares enough to read this lost treasure, my name is Lilura Undergrove, but you can just call me the crazy person who decided to write all my experiences about being a literal human arachnid who can't see colors in this word document on my...
"Your taste in music is really..impressive." I giggled as Turstin and I began to pull out of his driveway. Turstin rolled his eyes and smirked as he turned to look behind us to check for other cars. I don't know what it was about him, but that night in particular I just couldn't keep my eyes off of him. Every move he made looked as if it were choreographed, part of a dance. He was walking, moving, breathing art to me.
"I have some eccentric tastes, but they are good." Turstin breathed as he turned back around. "At Least i'm not listening to mainstream bubblegum pop all the time like some people."
I rolled my eyes and turned to look out the window with my arms crossed playfully. "Where are we headed anyway?"
"Well, I thought we could stop by Nash's place before I drop you off at home. If that is alright with you ofcourse?"
"I love Nash, but I doubt he wants to see us right now."
"Why do you say that?"
"I spoke to him before you came to pick me up. I don't think he is too thrilled about this little thing we're doing here." I giggled as I twirled my finger around in the air between us.
"What is it that you think we are doing here, exactly?"
My face turned bright red as I slumped down in my seat. "It's more about what Nash thinks right now, isn't that what we were discussing?" I gulped.
Turstin looked at me briefly and shot me a warm smile. "Yeah, I suppose so. Let's go talk to him about it." With a smug look on his face, Turstin trudged on toward Nash's place.
As we pulled into his garage, we noticed a couple of cases of beer stacked on top of one another by the door that led inside the house. "I don't like the look of this." Turstin huffed as he used his key to get inside.
"You have a key? Seren and I don't even have keys." I grumbled.
"I guess he just likes me better." Turstin teased as he opened the door.
The entire room smelled like alcohol, cigars, and burnt cheese. What a mess. There were beer bottles all over the floor behind the couch that had its back facing us as we stepped into the living room. After the smells of the room began to dull and I came back to my senses, I realized I could hear someone. Someone moaning in pleasure. I felt myself begin to blush. "Turstin, I don't think we should be here."
The moans continued; Turstin's eyes widened as he adjusted to our surroundings.
"Nash?" Tustin's voice boomed as he beckoned him. I watched in horror as Nash and Artemis popped up from behind the couch. Both of them were completely naked and drenched with sweat, the smell of sex began wafting into the air as their bodies separated from one another.
"Artemis, what in the hell are you doing here?" I could feel my rage building as I hissed at her through my clenched teeth.
"Lil, you don't understand." Nash implored me as he began to dress himself. "Artemis is here because of me."
"I could give a rats ASS as to WHY she is here. I am asking WHAT IN THE HELL is she doing here, naked with you, instead of in bed with my best friend?!" I slammed the door behind Turstin and I, accidentally causing the lock of the door to leave a small cut on Turstin's arm.
"Ouch." Turstin whined, checking his war wounds.
"Get control of your fucking friend Turstin." I pointed at Nash angrily.
"What do you mean get control of him?"
"MOVE HIM OUT OF MY WAY!" I screamed as I began running toward Artemis, climbing over the back of the couch and grabbing her by her sweat soaked silver hair.
"Lil get off of her!" Nash begged, sitting on the far end of the couch still struggling to get his last sock on.
I pushed Artemis up against the wall across from the couch, causing Nash's paintings to come flying off of the wall and onto the floor, stopping just long enough to hit me in the head on the way down. I fell to the floor and clutched the back of my head in my hands. I could feel a goose egg start to form.
"Lil are you okay?" Artemis began to lean down toward me and place her hand on my shoulder.
"Get the fuck away from me."
"Artemis just go home." Turstin shouted as he ran over to my aid.
"I was just trying to-"
"Get the fuck out of here, Artemis." Nash warned.
Artemis put her head down as she walked over to the couch to grab her clothes. "I'll get dressed outside."
Turstin helped me over to the couch while Nash grabbed me a package of frozen peas from his freezer. I placed the bag on the back of my head and leaned back on the couch to keep it in place, the front door slammed dramatically.
'Nash, what were you thinking?" Turstin scolded. "Are you stupid? Artemis of all people?"
"It just happened. Okay?"
"Just happened?" I groaned with my eyes closed, writhing in pain. "Having sex with someone that's dating your friend "just happened?""
"Yes, Lil, it did."
Turstin moved the frozen compress and my head over to his lap. "Nash, no one randomly chooses to sleep with their friend's partner. What are you thinking?"
"We were both lonely, we started drinking and talking. Before you knew it, she was on top of me."
"You always shit all over anything that doesn't benefit you. It's so pathetic." I winced as I changed positions in Turstin's lap to face Nash. "You knew you couldn't have Serem, so you decided to fuck everything up for her. Youre such a fucking child."
Nash stood up and clenched his fists. "What are you talking about? I care about Seren."
"Oh yeah? Did you care about her when you were inside Artemis?"
"It was an accident."
I shot up and ran over to meet Nash's gaze face to face, but it was Turstin who spoke up from behind me.
"You have been in love with Seren for years and never had the balls to do anything about it or treat her right, and now you're going to ruin things she had with someone who did what you couldn't do."
"Oh no, Turstin. They are both scum. Don't get it confused."
"You better stop while you're ahead Lil." Nash put his hands up in front of him, motioning for me to back down.
"The truth hurts doesn't it? Neither of you could do the simplest thing. Treat someone with respect and with loyalty." I began to walk away, grabbing Turstin's hand, taking him with me toward the door.
"Don't you ever show your face around our home or around Seren at school or I will report you for this. Artemis is a student."
Before Nash could respond, I threw Turstin outside with myself in tow before shutting the door.
"That's enough action here for tonight. Please take me home so I can take the trash out at my own house this time."
