Immediately disgusted at watching someone like his deranged little sister basically grope a guy he couldn't stand, Wells's face was quick to scrunch up.
"Verena." He spoke trying to snap the girl back into the real world, yet the only movement that made him know that she'd heard him was her moving her hand away from Bellamy's waist.
Which was really only because Verena was completely serious about Bellamy being completely her's, at this point she wasn't sure she wanted anyone else to see what she now claimed as her own.
And she certainly wasn't ready to let go of her belonging.
"Wells." Verena spoke back in the same time as she turned towards Wells, not removing herself from Bellamy's embrace, the man having lightly laid his hand on her lower back.
She could feel his hand twitching and quivering when she was running her hand down his chest, she could also feel the way his heart and breathing sped up but not out of fear.
However glancing back after she heard some shuffling in the grass, she quickly saw the impatient 'angered mother' look Wells was throwing her.
Which she knew meant that she either had a few seconds to give in to his unspoken request, or be in for a very very long lecture on being an upstanding human being with a conscious.
"Hmph, fine." She scoffed rolling her eyes with a pout on her lips as she moved back over to Wells's side, not wanting to argue with the teen right now.
"What has gotten into you?" Wells couldn't help but voice not used to Verena's stubborn behavior, however Verena only rolled her eyes at him as she made it back to his side.
"You guys call this a rescue party," Finn spoke up in an attempt to get the group back on track as he walked into the middle of the group of survivors. "gotta split up to cover more ground."
