The upcoming Snow White movie has been in the works for years now. It is schedule to be released in 2024, but Disney fans, as well as the public, do not want that to happen.

The original Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs movie was completely rewritten for the live-action version and people are outraged. The actress who plays Snow White, Rachel Zegler, said that Snow White will no longer be saved by the prince and instead is learning to become a leader. So not only had they completely changed the plot of the original movie, the lead actors also bash the 1937 film and has continuously called it outdated. Netizens argue that all the qualities the original Snow White was criticized for having should not be considered outdated or weak as it is also calling every other woman with the same values and traits outdated. There is nothing wrong with the "outdated" traits of the movie that they are trying to change.
Fans couldn't have been angrier at Disney for completely changing Snow White and said that they should've just created a whole new movie instead.
