Billionaires' Row has been known for being a group of the most luxurious residential skyscrapers in New York. Price range for the apartment units can range from $9.8 million to an astonishing $250 million. Only the top 0.001% can purchase such living spaces, especially in these days.
Business people and political figures are known residents of these luxurious buildings, and Hana has just been added to the list of residents.
Hana is the richest Asian artist worth 14 billion dollars, and reportedly even more. She's a CEO, multi-million album seller, shareholder, and a prestigious songwriter. She is also very charitable and has famously spent over $1 billion in charity. But when not giving back to others, Hana is buying the most expensive residential units money can buy.
It is reported that Hana spent $250 million on the penthouse of Central Park Tower. It is the most expensive home for sale in the world and in the tallest residential building in the world. The penthouse occupies three floors with 17,545 sq. ft. of interior space with a glorious 1,433 sq. ft. outdoor escape.
Hana reportedly also spent another $135 million on a unit in 432 Park Avenue. It is unknown any other information about this unit except that it takes up one whole floor of the building.
