--------------------------------------------------
I was quite excited for the party. I went shopping with the girls to get shoes, accessories and stuff. We walked into the men's section of the store and I saw these beautiful ties. I thought to myself, Raj brought me a dress, I should also get him something.

Meera interrupted my thoughts, "What are you thinking to get him?" I told her that Raj asked me to accompany him to the party so she knew I was trying to get him something.

"I can get him a nice tie." Both Alia and Meera helped me choose a tie. I got a steel grey coloured tie with dark grey stripes after searching for the perfect tie. It actually reminded me of Fifty shades of Grey. I thought to get one more tie for Rohan. I picked up a blood red coloured tie from the wide range of colours.

Alia asked me winking her eye "Two ties for Raj?"

I nodded dismissively and answered her "One for Rohan. Both of them have been equally nice to me since I am here."

Alia smiled. I asked her resting my elbow on her shoulders with a wide smile "How was your date?"

She answered with a sweet smile "It was nice. I kinda like him even more now."

"So when's your next date?"I asked curiously.

"He asked me to call him when I am free" she said happily.

I got both the ties gift wrapped, I wasn't specific which colour for whom. We got out of the store, on our way to the parking lot. Meera spoke up "We saw your picture with Rohan on FB. Natasha must have been jealous to death." Both of them chuckled.

"She wasn't jealous actually. She called up Rohan, heard him out and that was it." Both of them gave me a quizzical look.

"You mean she didn't react like a normal girlfriend does?" Alia asked.

I nodded my head from side to side. It was Jai's turn to pick us up, according to Meera. We had an argument about the boys' picking us up instead of a driver and after the talk, I had to agree with Meera. She said "If they are our friends, the least they can do is drive us home, rather than roaming around random girls". All the guys agreed with her on that one. God knows how she got them to agree on that one.

He was already waiting to pick us up. We sat in the car after stuffing all the bags in the trunk. I took the front seat because I was the one to get down last.

I had never had a chance to talk to him alone until today after we dropped the girls. He asked me "Done shopping for the party? I heard you were gifted a dress." He had a mischievous smile when he said that.

Punching him on the shoulder I asked him "Who told you that? I am sure Alia did."

He said as he chuckled "She did. And I guess by now, the whole town knows." Even Jai was coming to the party, his dad was one of the biggies in business.

"Who are you bringing to the party?" I asked him looking at him while he focused on driving.

"Nobody. I didn't ask any girl yet and I don't want to." He said nonchalantly.

"Why so? Are you bored of shagging girls already?" I stifled a laugh.

But the question didn't seem to affect him. He looked a little disturbed. I kept a hand on his shoulder and told him "It was frivolous. You don't mind, do you?"

He kept one hand on my shoulder while the other gripped tightly on the steering wheel and said in a low voice "Can I tell you something, honestly?"
