I decided to wait until dinner, if Rohan wouldn't ask then Raj was already ready to be my escort. I wasn't going to ask Rohan nor remind him to ask.

I went out with Jai to order for the cake. He was always ready to go wherever and whenever I wanted. He said with a mischievous smile raising his eye brows "You look happy! Tell me the reason."

"I'll tell you but first tell me have to spoken to Abhishek lately?" I said with a grin.

He was driving and his eyes were focused on the road when he told in a low voice "Not yet. But I will, soon. Do you think he felt what I felt when he touched me?"

"I am sure he must have. I'll help you talk to him if you want. I am always there." I said lacing my hand on one of his assuring him.

"Do you think we should tell Alia?" he asked patiently.

"I think you should talk to Abhishek first, then we can talk to Alia." I said calmly.

"Baby doll, you didn't tell me the reason for your million dollar smile and the glow I can see on your face today!" he said digging for information.

I looked away outside through the window avoiding his gaze and almost whispered "I kissed him....actually he kissed me today."

"Ohhhhhh! So he's good as they say?" Jai asked waiting for my answer.

"Way better!" was all I could say. I was still looking outside the window and then I turned my face to face him and continued "Do you think if I have a relationship with him it will be serious? Like you know he's a playboy and all.....and it definitely won't go well with Rohan.."

"Why do you always think about Rohan? He's such a drama queen and Raj would be lucky to have you... you're changing him..." he said as our car halted at the traffic signal.

Jai turned towards me so that we were facing each other and I told him "I can't deny the fact that Raj is a playboy, he uses girls for fun although he has stopped it now.. but what's the guarantee he won't return to his lifestyle and will want to be with me for long? That's what I am scared for.. that he will leave me.. that's why I am avoiding to feel for him...I am confused.."

"Your confusion will be cleared overtime... once your sure that you want him or no." Jai said calmly as he started driving again.

"You know he didn't even react when I told him I kissed you unlike Rohan.. he got so possessive..which he shouldn't be... since he's with someone else." I said pulling up my feet so I sat comfortably.

"Yaa..the kiss...I bet Raj must have enjoyed kissing you!" he said with a smile while I punched him on his shoulders as he parked the car near the cake store.

After ordering the cake, he left me back home and we continued our jibber-jabber on our way back.

The moment I entered home, I saw Raj sitting on the couch with two other people- a young handsome lad and another lady dressed in formals who was totally gaga over Raj with their laptops open and bunch of papers lying on the table..

I didn't want to disturb him so I started walking towards the stairs and he called out to me. I was hoping he wouldn't ask me out for the party, at least till dinner but then he said calmly "Where did you order the cake from? I'll have it picked up tomorrow evening."
