Kevin's P.O.V.
"Welcome my son Shane!" My dad greeted Samara as he opened the door. I admit that he has a good sense of humor but calling my girlfriend Shane is not funny. After all, he doesn't shave his legs!
"You look good but why are you wearing a dress boy?" He continued interrupting my thoughts. I eyes protruded out in utter shock as I noticed his luscious red eyes. Oh my gosh! He is not what I'm thinking he is...
"Don't mind Samara he's just joking." My mother said whilst coming out of the kitchen hastily and whispering something to dad who then went to his room. Whoever quoted that mothers are lifesavers was a genius.
"Now I see from where Kevin got his sense of humor." Samara giggled whilst poking me in the ribs. She actually bought that my dad was fooling around with her but I was still not satisfied.
"Please feel yourself at home honey. I'd go set the dining table." Mom said with a humble smile as Samara nodded in response and sat on the couch.
"I'll help you Mom!" I replied following her in the kitchen.
"Kevin, he's drunk." She said as soon as we entered the kitchen.
"I guessed it right! But the point is why? I've never seen him drunk!" Mom shook her head and remained silent.
"What is it Mom?" I asked angrily, giving her shoulders a tremble.
"Kevin. We're broke. Your father's business is dead. He's in a state of depression." My feet froze in place as I recollected her words. Broke? I knew that the business was not going well but how could it deaden?
"Everything was fine this morning! What happened suddenly?"
"You father got a call from the GM this afternoon. He said that the accountant has been showing us false bank statements. We are not left with enough capital to buy more stock and our losses have exceeded the aspired profit..." She burst into tears before completing her words. But I already knew what she was going to say. I held her in my arms and comforted her as she sobbed against my chest.
Her tears were a dark entity trying to break through my glory as I'd never seen her cry. I had always pictured her as a strong lady, the Hercules of my family. She was my support system whenever I felt low.
I still remember my childhood days when I had a terrifying nightmare and I used to hug her legs whilst crying and moaning. She always made me hot chocolate and sang to me until I slept again. But I'm not a four year old anymore. I have to fight this nightmare and make my mother smile again.
"Don't worry Mom. I'll make everything alright. I promise." I said as I kissed her forehead and hugged her tightly.

"Your mom is a great cook." Samara said while I was driving her home after the meal. Luckily, my dad was asleep throughout the diner as he was too drunk to do anything and Samara was unaware of the mess going around in my family. What would she think of me if I tell her?
"Yeah." I replied numbly increasing the volume of the music.
"You seem a bit upset Kev. What is it?" she asked whilst lowering the volume. I looked her in the eye annoyingly but all I could see in her beautiful eyes was concern and worry, but instead of losing myself into their depth, I shifted my gaze on the road.
"You must be dreaming. I'm never upset." I replied coldly.
After my harsh words, she kept quiet throughout the drive. Her silence made me wonder what she was thinking. I slightly peeked from the corner of my eye to observe her expressions. She was sitting with her arms crossed over her chest with a little pout on her face, a pout which reminded me of a five year old who has been denied to eat candies by her mother.
I parked the car in front of her porch and just when she was about to get out of the car, I held her hand. "No goodbye kiss?" I asked her playfully while encircling my finger around her hand. I pressed my lips to her hands whilst moving them up her arm, shoulder and then her neck.
She closed her eyes as I kissed her neck passionately and hard enough to give her a hickey. I caressed her chin with the tip of my nose and moved my way up till her soft lips brushed with mine.
For a moment our mouths pressed hotly together, my free hand tangling in her hair. She gasped when my arms went around her. I could hear her moan as I pulled her hard on top of me. She put her hands lightly around my neck making my skin burning hot to her touch. Through the thin wet material of my shirt, I could feel the curves of her body melt against me.
I put my hands on the sides of her face to hold her where I wanted her, moved my fingers up in her hair and tugged it tight making her eyes close and her mouth open in anticipation. Her breaths were becoming faster and faster when I nuzzled my hands along her breast, her waistline, digging them inside her supple body.
I'd never felt this thirsty for any other girl in my life. The way she was making me feel right now was something that couldn't be expressed in words. The sensuous feeling was overwhelming, like an ecstasy. It was beyond any other sensation I'd ever felt. I wanted to peel off all her clothes and feel every inch of her body. I just didn't want to see her naked, but also see through her fears, dreams, hopes, aspirations.
I wanted her. Now.
