you're not broken 💔

Beth was boxing the gym when she heard a groan coming home from the other side of the gym, Beth turned her attention to her girlfriend who was now sat on the bench with her head between her hands. When Beth walked over to her, she sat on the bench next to her and wrapped her arm around Viv's neck, "Baby girl, what's up?" Beth asked as she placed a kiss on Viv's forehead, "Beth, I'm broken, I can't do the simple things anymore I know it will take time but I'm getting annoyed and frustrated." Viv cried as she snuggled into Beth's neck, "Vivi, I promise you, you're not broken, you should be as proud of yourself as you are of me, you had surgery 3 weeks ago and now look at you, you'll be back soon, I'll be with you every step of the way." Beth reassured Viv, while she stroked through her hair, "I'm sorry.", Viv whispered, "Don't be sorry," Beth kissed her forehead, and rubbed her hand up and down her back, after 10 minutes the door opened, Viv sat up, "Baby, do you want date night tonight?" Beth asked, "Through you had plans." Viv said confused, "You're way more important." Beth smiled, "I don't want you to cancel your plans for me." Viv said, "Let me rephrase that, we're having date night tonight." Beth stated, Viv laughed, the pair stood up and made their into the changing room and changed and left.

When they arrived home Beth told Viv to wear something comfortable, and that's exactly what Viv did, she changed into something comfortable and then went back into the living room to find Beth sat on the sofa wearing a grey tracksuit and then they headed out the door. Beth drove with her hand on Viv's thigh to her dad's house where they picked up Rona and took her for a walk along the woods where Beth asked Viv to move in with her, "I love this place." Viv smiled contently, "I know you do, it's like you feel free here." Beth smiled at her girlfriend, Viv looked back at her, "Yeah I guess it is." Viv smiled as she faced Beth, who opened her arms for Viv to walk into which she did, "Listen Vivianne, I know you don't want to hear this but you need too." Beth began, "Baby, I know these past couple of months have been rough on both of us, but I want you to know that you're so much more than you're injury, you can't let that define you, you've had two surgery's to help heal your ACL, one of them was two weeks ago, you're back in training and making progress, so much of it actually, so please please, don't say you're broken, because you're not, it's okay to feel frustrated but baby, you've come so far, I'm so proud of you, I love you my strong girl." When Beth finished Viv had tears in her eyes which Beth wiped away and leant up for a kiss, "I'm sorry about earlier." Viv whispered into the top of head, "Baby don't be sorry, just talk to me next time, yeah?" Beth smiled, Viv nodded, "Princess, you know that Rona is currently wet and rolling in mud." Viv laughed, Beth turned around groaned, "Rona!" Beth shouted as let go of the hold that she had on Viv, Rona didn't listen and continued to roll in the mud, Beth let out a sigh and turned around to find Viv who was sat on the bench laughing, "It's not funny." Beth stated, Viv opened her arms and Beth walked into them and sat on her lap, she held on to Viv's neck for support, Viv wrapped her arms around her waist and placed her head on Beth's shoulder, "I love you," Beth smiled, "I love you too bubba."
