Emotional <3

Beth and Viv were currently at internationals, Beth was at England camp and Viv was at the Netherlands camp. Beth was having one of those days where she couldn't concentrate and all she wanted to do was to curl up in bed with Viv at her side, but that wasn't going to happen, so Beth powered on with her day, she barely spoke to anyone, she got one what she had to do, got lunch and while she was eating she messaged Viv.

Do you have the day off today? Or did I imagine that? Xxxx

No you didn't imagine it, I've got the day off, what's up? Xxxx

Can I call you in twenty minutes? I miss you, so much xxxx

Of course you can xxxx

After twenty minutes Beth was back in her room and was in bed with Elio, a teddy which Viv had gotten her, then called Beth, "Hi baby," Beth spoke as soon as the call connected, "Hi angel, you okay?" Viv asked, "Yeah, I'm having one of those days where I want to curl up in bed with you," "Aww buba, have you got Elio? I know it's not the same but." Viv asked, Beth nodded her head and showed Viv, "Give him a squeeze," Beth squeezed him as tight as he could, "He doesn't give good cuddles like you," Beth pouted, Viv just laughed.

The girls stayed on call for hours, eventually Beth fell asleep on facetime Viv hung up the phone and sent Beth a message.

Sorry I hung up but I had to leave for dinner. I miss you more than you'll ever know, I know how hard this is but we'll get through it, you've got Elio to keep you company until we're home again soon, I love you my angel, so much xxxx

- A week later -

The international break was finally over, Viv had come home yesterday but hadn't told Beth and wanted to surprise her from the airport, Beth thinks that Viv's flight is later on after hers. Viv had arranged for Beth to be picked up from the airport by Jen while Viv got everything ready for movie night for them, Viv bought them matching pajamas, she bought Beth flowers and chocolates and also made chocolate strawberries.

An hour later, Jen dropped Beth back at their house, all the lights were off downstairs and Beth cried when she opened the door to an empty house, she turned the lights for landing upstairs on and then dragged her suitcase up the stairs, when she opened their bedroom door and saw Viv standing there she rubbed her eyes and then burst into tears when she realised that it was real, Viv laughed and embraced her girlfriend into the worlds most tight and loving hug ever, Viv tapped Beth's thighs signalling for her jump, Beth did and wrapped her legs tightly around Vivs waist, "I've missed you so much," Beth cried into Viv's shoulder, "I've missed you too bubs," Viv whispered as she stroked Beth's hair and sat down on their bed, Beth still clinging onto Viv pulled away a little to see her face, "Wait." Beth said as she clocked what was going on behind Viv, she cried once more, "Why are you so emotional this week?" Viv asked softly, "I don't know, but it's starting to cook my head." Beth pouted, "Why don't you go put your pajamas on and then we can watch a movie in bed with those chocolates?" Viv suggested, "But that involves leaving your side and I have no intentions of that." Beth stated, Viv just shook her head and laughed, Viv very gently got Beth changed out of her clothes and into her pajamas and then climbed under the covers of their bed, Beth immediately climbed into bed beside her, then moved so she was laying in between Viv's legs, "I love you my beautiful girl," Beth said sleepily, "I love you more"
