Venus slowly fluttered her eyes open, seeing mostly darkness. She rubbed her eyes a bit until she realized she was underwater. She panicked and was confused on how she was still breathing.
She tapped on the glass so someone could let her out but there was no one there. She used her left finger to create a laser beam to break the glass. Once done, she took off everything attached to her body, including the mask on her face.
She stepped out and walked around, after a few steps she saw Vegeta was in another tank as well. She fell back, "Where are we? What happened?" she asked herself.
Her thoughts were soon interrupted by the door opening, a large green lizard looking man entered, "Who might you be? What were you doing with Vegeta?"
Venus looked up at the man, "Uh.. I'm.. his daughter?" she said as a question, still confused as to what happened. "Daughter?"
"Yes sir," she nodded. He walked over to the control panel, "Very well, your father is just about done." Her heart began racing as the man clicked a few buttons on the panel.
The water went down the drain of Vegeta's tank and the glass opened, "You've healed up quite nicely," the man said.
Vegeta stood up, "However I was unable to regrow your tail," Vegeta frowned, "All in do time doctor," he said as he observed his body.
He turned his head to look at Venus who was staring back at him with terror in her eyes, "You, come with me," he demanded. Venus jumped as he began to walk away, she followed after him.
They walked down the hallway, Venus closely following after him in silence. They entered a room, "Here put this on," he threw some armor at her.
"What is this?" she asked as she held the armor in her hands. "It's traditional female Saiyan armor. I don't want you walking around here dressed like a Namekian," she looked down at her clothes that were completely destroyed. She teared up a bit thinking of Piccolo, she sighed as she changed her clothes.
Her tights were similar to Vegeta's but they were dark gray, almost black. Her armor was also like Vegeta's but it didn't have the wide shoulder part of the armor, it fit like a tank top. Her boots and gloves were white which she actually thought looked cool.
When she was done putting her armor on she realized how light it felt, "How is this so light?" she asked as she jumped around in the armor. The doctor then entered the room and Vegeta whipped his head to look at him, "Where is Lord Frieza?" he asked him.
The doctor jumped, "Um he departed not long ago," he answered. "Grown tired of this planet has he?"
Venus raised her eyebrows, "Planet?" she whispered to herself. She looked down at the ground lost in thought. Her thoughts were then interrupted by Vegeta, "Let's go child." She looked up and followed him out the room.
