Venus followed behind Gotenks, maintaining a good distance so they wouldn't grow annoyed. She had a feeling that they wouldn't manage to pull through.
The boys had just achieved Super Saiyan a few months ago and Goku suddenly thought they'd be able to take down Buu even if they had fused?
She trusted Goku to a certain extent, but deep down she knew this couldn't be possible, they were only seven and eight year old boys, who had never been in a big battle before.
They flew towards the direction they sensed Buu's energy, as they grew closer they spotted a city. There they spotted Buu who was floating mid air, Gotenks landed on a sunken ship, while Venus landed on a nearby building to watch from afar.
She sat on her feet on the antenna sticking out of the building, with her chin resting on her hand and her elbow resting on her other hand.
Gotenks went in for multiple punches in Buu's stomach, all of them too quick to see them land on him. He grabbed Buu by his head and spun him and threw him on the ground. He charged up a ki blast and shot it towards him, placing his hands on his hips after he was done.
"All done!" Gotenks looked in Venus's direction with a huge grin on his face. Venus lowered her head at him while Gotenks raised his eyebrows.
Buu reappeared with half of his upper body missing. Gotenks jumped and curled his lip in disgust. Buu went in for multiple punches, overpowering Gotenks dramatically.
He sent him crashing into a wall, Gotenks struggled to move and was running out of breath. Venus stood up as she saw some men on what appeared to be military tanks arrive at the scene.
She took this time to grab Gotenks and remove him from the scene. "You guys are idiots I really hope you know that," she said as she dragged him back to the lookout.
"Uhhh.." Gotenks struggled to say something back. Venus flew away as quickly as she could, throwing Gotenks on the floor as soon as they arrived at the lookout.
"Hey, that was quick!" Krillin widened his eyes as he lifted his head.
"Are you boys okay?" Bulma stepped forward.
Venus watched him stand back up with her arms crossed, glaring at him with annoyance. Gotenks turned around and giggled, "Guess I'm still working out the kinks," he rubbed the back of his head.
They all stood in silence for a bit until they fell backwards. "What were you thinking?!" Piccolo raised his voice as he stepped forward, "Goku told Buu he had to wait one more day before he could fight you! And you need every minute of that for training!"
