After watching the movie 'Detective Pikachu', Elesa really insisted on showing you all some videos of the stand-up comedian she was so fond of, and you eventually ended up watching a random selection of videos posted on social media, including Elesa's fashion shows, Skyla's travels around the world, Cilan's step-by-step recipes, and Pokémon Battles videos posted by Gym Leaders.

"Hold on, (Name)! It's you!", Elesa squeals, tapping the screen of her Rotom phone.

"Oh wow! Where did you get that?! It takes me back..."

Looking closer, this is a video of your Pokémon Battle against the Fire-type Gym Leader Kabu, recorded during the time you lived in Galar.

"Let me see, let me see!", requests Emmet.

"I'm very curious as well!", says Ingo with genuine interest. Both of them, including Cilan, are standing behind you, Elesa and Skyla. The three of you are sitting on the sofa.

"It took place a long time ago! We've all improved, since!", you justify with embarrassment, wondering what Ingo may think of you.

"If you were half as talented as you are now, my brother and I are confident you made your opponents bite the dust in two shakes of a Wooloo's tail! Aren't we, Ingo?", Emmet comforts you.

"The fact you were recommended to participate in the Galarian Gym Challenge represents sufficient evidence that you were cut for high-level Pokémon Battles! What a feat! Bravo!", Ingo praises you with enthusiasm.

"That was your battle against Kabu, wasn't it? I'm ex-static about learning new techniques from you!"

"It was a difficult battle, but I didn't offer much of a show, you know! I wasn't a professional at all... I was only a young Challenger..."

"Wynaut? The last time we teamed up in the Battle Subway, you offered me and my viewers an Onyx-spected perspective!"

"Our battle was very much entertaining, (Name)! To me, you were astounding!"

"Just as Elesa and Ingo said! You've got that spark in you!", Emmet confirms with a bright smile.

You beam in all response.

"Without further ado, let's watch!", Elesa launches the video from the start.

"Can you hear it? The deafening roar--", the commentator speaks up while the Rotom drone is flying around and recording the audience.

"Woaaah! You're on another level! It's already nerve-cracking to challenge a Gym Leader, but fighting in the centre stage is something else! Weren't you anxious?", Cilan praises you.

"I was! Even though it was my third gym, the whole setting felt intimidating!"

"Really? You look at ease in the spotlight!", Skyla argues.

"Yup! Very impressive, (Name)! And I agree, what a crowd! Motostoke Stadium is as big as Nimbasa Big Stadium!", Emmet is excited.

"Woohoo! Here's (Name)'s shocking entrance! Ohm my! You were so young!", Elesa exclaims, pausing the video and skimming across the screen to examine you.

"Aaaaw, you look so cute! This white uniform suits you!", Skyla compliments.

"Excellent! Your eyes are brimming with confidence and determination!", Ingo clenches his fists with impatience, looking forward to the match.

"Kabu looks all fired up as well!"

"He looks verrry strong!"

"Mister Kabu is known to be the first real challenge in the Gym Challenge. Often, Trainers give up due to being unable to defeat him!", Ingo explains.
