Today, the rail staff are busier than usual. Or rather, they appear restless.

You quietly observe them inspecting every nook and cranny in the corridors and on the platforms, oblivious to your and the other commuters' presence. They are communicating with their colleagues located in different areas of the Battle Subway by means of walkie-talkies.

When you eventually overhear Agent Cameron's nervous rambles, you instantly stop in your tracks:

"Aaah, Boss Ingo and Boss Emmet will have a go at me for losing it! What am I supposed to do now?!"

You hesitate at first, yet decide to call out to him.

"Excuse me!"

"O-oh?! OH! A passenger! Hello! A-ah! Aren't you Boss Ingo and Boss Emmet's friend? I-in any case, is there any way I may assist you, today?"

"Hello! I know it's going to sound very awkward, but I happened to inadvertently overhear you mentioning Ingo and Emmet being unhappy about you losing something..."

He yelps:

"Oh nooooo, I'm so sorry! I was talking to myself!"

"Don't misunderstand my words! Actually, I wanted to offer my help, if appropriate, of course!"

Your heart races as you are selfishly hoping that this good action will lift Ingo's spirits and give you an opportunity to talk to him...

"W-w-what?! T-that's very kind of you, but I must r-refuse! The other depot agents and I are doing our job and scouring the subway for a Pokémon!"

"Did anyone lose their partner?"

"No, probably not! That was a wild Pokémon! It happens from time to time..."

"Is it a dangerous Pokémon? You look worried..."

"Not at all! Actually, we're searching for a young Deerling!"

"Aaaw!"

"That was exactly my reaction when Agent Jackie and I encountered the poor thing earlier! It appeared so timid and frail! It was reluctant to let us approach it, so Agent Jackie asked me to keep an eye on it while he sought help from Agents Isadore and Josh, b-but..."

"It ran away?"

Agent Cameron lets out a long, discomfit sigh.

"... I'm sorry... I'm good at driving, but I'm not good at dealing with Pokémon..."

"Deerling may be tiny but are very nimble and fast! One of my Pokémon is very good with small Pokémon so I'm sure it can handle it!"

"R-really? Oh..."

"Agent Cameron!", a hurried voice can be heard from the walkie-talkie. "It's in the lobby! We'll corner it! Come up here asap, we'll block all the accesses! Copy that?"

"R-Roger!"

"Let's go!"

You run to the location where many rail staff and a Deerling are scurrying all over the place.

"Too fast! Too fast!"

"Catch it, darn it!"

"Anyone's got an extra Poké Ball?!"

"Not you! You must have the worst aim in the whole Unova region!"

"Aah, where are Boss Ingo and Boss Emmet when you need them...", Agent Cameron pathetically watches that scene, unsure of what he is supposed to do.

You send out your Pokémon and instruct:

"Go and help Deerling, please!"

Your Pokémon places itself in front of Deerling to block it. The fawn is very scared at first, but your friend immediately reassures it on its intention. Deerling finally calms down.
