Chapter Three

(Avery's P.O.V)

The lunch bell finally rang so Nathan and I walked to the lunch room and got our food. The lunch lady was apart of my pack so she gave Nathan and I extra food. She helps cook for the pack, her spaghetti is like heaven. We saw an empty table in the back of the cafeteria and made our way over, zigzagging through the tables to get there.

We sat down and started eating our food. "Where's Jake?" Nathan asked me. "I don't know he should be here soon, he never misses lunch." The room suddenly filled with that sweet smell from before. I looked around but I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. "Hey man, you okay, what is it?" He asked with a worried expression. "I-Its nothing". I sat down as started eating my food but still wondering where the smell was coming from.

"Hey guys, this is Keely-" I looked up and saw the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my entire life. She had long waves brown hair and grey eyes. She is where the smell has been coming from. A deep low growl built up in my chest cutting off Jake. "Mine" I growled. My wolf yipped inside of me clawing it's way to the surface wanting to take her now. God she was beautiful, and she was mine.
