Clarke:
"Ready to go?" I ask Bell as I walk to the ladder.
"Yeah just be careful this time. Please." Last night I didn't have any patience so when I started climbing down the ladder I go too close to him and fell off because of the pain. I fell asleep to his apologies after that. Even though it was my fault.
"I thought that was kind of funny actually." I chuckle as I start to climb the ladder. "Except for the pain." I say as he gives me a sad look. "Would you stop with the pity looks." I pout my lip out at him as I climb as fast as I can. I can't stand that look.
When I get up I look around to see the sun has just started to rise. It's nice to see the sun and hear animals and insects scurry around. I missed it.
"You coming or what?" I say shaking off a smile that had creeped onto my face. I turn around to see if he's climbing yet. "You know it was really nice of you to stay-" When I turn around Bellamy has his head turned the other way but is walking toward me. Before I can stop him he walks right into me knocking me over. Landing right on top of me.
We both suck in air and wait for it to start but it doesn't. Nothing happens.
"Bell, why is nothing happening to me?" I say looking at him. He opens his eyes and we both release the breath we desperately sucked in seconds ago.
"Maybe it's broken." He smiles.
"Maybe." I say but I doubt that's the answer. But I don't want to ruin the moment.
All the sudden I realize I'm touching him. I can hug him now. I can feel my cheeks warm up and that smile creeps up on me again only this time it stretches across my entire face and I welcome it.
"Why are you smiling so big?" He asks through a smile.
"Cause I'm happy. Why are you smiling so big?"
"Cause I can do this." He says
He kisses me and it takes no time for me to remember those lips. I tug at his hair desperately as he lifts me up to stand. His hands are on my back one crawls its way up to my neck. The kiss is hard and desperate just how you would expect it to be.
"Making up for lost time?" I say as we break for a breath.
"No, more like claiming what's mine." He says and this time the kiss is even more. His hands fly to my waist to pick me up so we can get closer. And my hands to his curls. With my feet off the ground I feel like I'm flying.
"You sure you don't want space to think this through." I say breaking the kiss as worries intrude my mind. What if he doesn't really want this he just feels guilty.
"There's been WAY too much space between us lately." He says while are foreheads touch and we look each other in the eye.
"I missed you." I say
"I missed you too." He says back.
The walk back was loads of fun. My mom was rather excited about the new development in this collar thingy.
"So it's just stopped?" Yeah I answer back as I look at the plans for the new attack on Mt. Weather.
"Wait so the grounders aren't going to help us?"
"No they don't want to deal with this anymore."
"I can change their minds." I say remembering how Lexa and I got along. Maybe that friendship will help us out.
After my mom checked me out she said I had no injures that she could see. That's all they could do unless things changed with me. I just need sleep she said but I feel pretty good. Me and Bellamy are going hunting so I guess business as usually for awhile then we get are friends out of Mt. Weather. If there still alive. If they can be saved.
I haven't told anyone about Jasper. Not even bell. To be fair no ones asked. Not that they will anyways.
