Lilly's POV
We all went to bed, but I knew the boys were talking about what they heard, discussing things like the weapon and such.
The next day we got up and cleaned the house, we started with the doxies in the curtains, I wish I was allowed to come here after dad was sent off, I was the only heir alive and not in prison; I could have kept this house up to livable standards...

As we were cleaning Fred, George, Harry, and I were talking about their Skiving Snackboxes. They were having good success, but are still working on the trials. They put good use to the money Harry and I gave them; they had even put an advertisement into the Daily Prophet!
Taking care of the doxies took all morning and then Mundungus came with stolen cauldrons which prompted Mrs. Weasley to yell at him... Fred commented, "I love hearing Mum shouting at someone else, it makes such a nice change."
We laughed. Kreacher came and talked to us and he was very rude to all of us. Sirius yelled at him a bit and Kreacher was a real foul git! I finally said, "Kreacher! Enough of your vile, go do your work!" Harry saw the tapestry in a room, it had large words above it and it said, "The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black 'Toujours Pur'" Harry noticed Sirius wasn't on it, my grandmother blasted him off when he ran away from home. Sirius went to Harry's Dad's place and lived there and then his Uncle Alphard, who is also blasted off, left him a decent amount of gold and he was always invited to the Potter's house on Sunday.
Sirius told Harry about how my Uncle was a Death Eater, how my grandparents supported Voldemort. Then he continued how we were related to the Malfoy's, how I was related to Ron by marriage, the Lestrange family, and Tonks. Harry said accusingly, "You never said she was your-" Sirius snapped, he wasn't proud of having this kind of family and believe me, I wasn't either... Then, they talked about the trial Harry has to go to and he was nervous and did not want to be expelled.

Over the next few days we were busy cleaning and Snape appeared in and out of the house here and there. Professor McGonagall stopped by for a quick word with me and left.
It was Wednesday evening and Mrs. Weasley gave Harry freshly ironed clothes and he had to take a shower. Arthur was bringing him to work and then Harry asked, "Lilly, are you coming?"
I sighed, scratched the back of my neck awkwardly, and said, "Well, you see, uhh-"
He interrupted, "You aren't are you?"
I said, "Oh I will be there, but well, you'll find out... It's nothing to worry about."
He asked, "Is Sirius coming?"
I replied, "Dumbledore came last night while you were sleeping and adviced Sirius not to go, and I could agree."
Harry was really worried now and I said, "Harry, you did nothing wrong, there is a law stating that underage wizards can use magic, if their life was threatened. You had every right!"
I hugged him and said, "I will make sure all charges are cleared." He was a bit at ease, but he still wasn't happy.

I went to bed that night, but woke up late that night with nightmares. I went into the kitchen and got a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream. Sirius came down and whispered, "Couldn't sleep?" I shook my head, he put his arms around me and asked, "What's wrong?"
I said, "I've been having terrible nightmares. It's from the grave yard with mum to you getting hurt. Dad, there's a reason why Dumbledore told you not to go, because I said you can't go. I had a terrible dream where you were murdered in front of my own eyes! So promise me that you will stay away from the Ministry!"
I was sobbing by the end and he pulled me tighter saying, "I promise!"
I whimpered, "I don't want to lose you again! I lost you when I was little and now that I have you back, I don't want to let you go!"
He said with tears brimming his eyes, "You will never lose me! I will always be here,"
He pointed to my heart, "I will always be there, just like your mum."
I touched her wedding ring and asked, "Do you miss her dad?"
He nodded and said, "Every day, every hour, every minute, every second, every moment. I think of her and you all of the time.
I just cried a bit more and he said, "Come on, you have a busy day tomorrow, let's go to bed."
I hugged him as he kissed, my forehead. I smiled and said, "I love you dad."
He smiled and said, "I love you, Lilly, always." I smiled sadly wiping the last of my tears off my face and went to bed.
