One had to say, this planet wasn't kind on all. While one side was still remotely fine, safe for a few monsters here and there, there was one place on the other, a nightmare, burning with the fires of hell. A whole part of the planet burned to ashes.
The only reason these flames hadn't spread further was the dome that had been erected around them.
Inside this dome, however, the situation was getting dire.
Bang!
"Cough!"
"Mr. Yang!"
"Welt!"
Both the rest of the trailblazers and the two stellaron hunters looked at Went in fright.
"I'm... Cough! Fine..." Welt managed to say as he stood back up.
His words might have been more believable had he not been coughing up blood as he said so.
"Hahahaha! Has your time finally run out, worms?! What will you do now, that you can no longer restrict me?!"
Six pairs of eyes glared at the flaming figure that was the manifestation of the stellaron.
Day after day, its strength reset over and over again. Day after day, it was as if they had to fight a whole new enemy.
While the creature regained its strength, they did not. The only reason they had lasted this long was Welt, who had been able to keep the monster restricted for long periods of time, allowing them to rest a bit.
Nothing they did was working. All their attacks seemed ineffective.
"Kafka..."
"I know."
If this went on for much longer, they would all perish.
"Hahahaha! Soon, you will all fall at my hands and become firewood to feed my flames! Hahahaha!"
Putting aside the monster's very violent threats, the two groups were still worried about their missing members.
The stellaron hunters less so, with Blade being immortal and all, but the trailblazers...
"Still no news of Dan Heng?" March 7th asked Himeko.
The other just shook her head.
"This damn dome is blocking all outside communication."
And they couldn't break the dome. Trust me, they tried. Over and over again, but the damn thing wouldn't budge.
"He's strong so he's probably fine. He has to be..." Caelus muttered, but he didn't seem too sure of himself.
After so much time had passed, even Kafka and Silver Wold had started to worry about Blade a bit.
Tough, they were mostly worried about him meeting Dan Heng.
It was then that-
Bang!
Everyone inside the dome turned to look at the source of the sound.
Bang!
BOOM!
With a giant explosion, the dome's side burst open.
"What the-"
Silver Wolf's words were interrupted as a familiar figure appeared through the hole.
"Blade?!"
"Oh my! Bladie has finally decided to show up."
Blade looked around a bit, taking account of who was around before turning around.
