Chiang's pov.

The chill air, weaves through me caressing my hair, my coat flapping with it. Starlight twinkling through, no dark clounds to hide it, the moon gleaming whole its cold silvery light rested within the sleeping village, it was a beautifull sight to witness, no one would've thought that a dreadfull event might happend on such a peacefull night, suggesting it won't be long before they strike again. Here  I am lying on the top of the roof, resting my aching joints, thinking about such things gaves me a headache, but thoughts are thoughts they won't demise unless we gave attention to it, thier like desires one goes another comes out taking its place.

I groaned, batter and bruise, maybe I really should have taken that that remedy atleast it'll soot my aching body, I don't want to admit it but I still have to stop myself from gagging at its taste, whenever the healers insisted I have  it. At that thought I sit up, looking at one building who still have thier lamps burning, other then my own home. It was the medicinal wing , its structure build strong to withstand against  any natural calamities, other then the hub itself, father told me stories about it, how in the old days when the east wind, brought cold enough to freeze the whole village it was the stromhold for everyone, that how it was strenght, hope, pride for the villagers of Prinia. Thankfully we don't have one of those wind hollowing at our doors today, and hope they won't. I sighed Gianni and Niona were placed there after were found out in the clearing, both suffering injuries,

I knew there was a Light keeper in our village, I just never thought the Creators will choose 'her' , out of whole village poppulation!
Good thing she kept it hidden or else villagers will have freak out. We don't need that now, as  next in line. I was taught everything, every crook and nik, putting the interest of the village first, there might be perks being bestowed this tittle, yet the responsiblities of it overwhlems me, I don't know how father handles it, probably getting used to it.

I saw healers rush from the entrance dissapearing, and appearing with some herbs in thier hands, whispering in hushed tones, thier own distint dark robes fluttering with the air, I raised an eyebrow,

'Whats going on?'

I stood up, glancing at the ground below. 'Damn, it sure is going to hurt. But oh well'  I shurg jumping down anyway, upseting my body I groaned,   I better take the remedy now, walking few blocks I finally stood at the entrance, the door open wide to let in any vilager on any time. The walls are made by red brinks bake with concrete, large windows to let in the fresh air, it look more like a mansion upclose. Walking inside I was imeditely confronted by a woman  the chief healer , her distint red robe and her long skirt fluttering as she walk, her back straight walking with the grace she held, laugh lines on her face, her light hazel eyes shone with  wisdom, light grey hair up in a tight bun, she was of mid-60's,

"Atta boy? Thought you'll last till dawn."  She chuckle brushing her hands on her robe. I awkwardly scratched my head, a habit I do when  Im nervous.

"Uh.. yeah you can say that."  She shook her head muttering something about young generation being daft.

"Follow me,"  walking along with her  I glance around, the hallways were well-lit either by torch or lamps, we were on the inner courtyard, with a huge stone tablet on the center with symbols manuscript written  on it, behind it a huge tapestry covered most of the wall, depicting battles of old ages, victory over thier foe, men and women alike weilding swords on thier hands thier silver armour streak with blood,  the air around them tinge with smoke, grim with determination as if waiting for another yet battle, facing to the west the place where the darkness settles the most.

'Puzzles eh?'

I sighed no need to solve it;  it'll only cause headache, we climb a flight of stairs, turning to the left to a room. The fireplace around the corner light up the room but it didn't reach out to every corner, I could see a distint sillehouette of the objects. There were various selves  on the wall all made by a polished wood, with various cauldrons were neatly kept some dried herbs stack in them, it was a storage room as well as  preparation of medicine, there were some pots laid out on the table, bamboo baskets containing herbs were hang on the wall she walk to an earthed pot pouring out the contains in the cup,
