The trio walked out of the room they had been in, Leon following the twins who had stopped by the statue. Leon went up to them and stuck the head onto the mantel causing it to click in, "hey, it fits." Ashley commented, holding onto her brother's arm as her head laid on his shoulder. Leon left the two for a moment to look at something on the other side of the wall, M/N followed him with his eyes as the two slowly made their way to the older male.
"There's a symbol on the wall." He said, looking at the image of the statue that was behind them.
"I hate this place. So much walking," M/N complained. Ashley chuckled at her brother's dismay as the three climbed the steps to the second floor of the building and into one of the rooms that had a red carpet bridge across to the other side where they saw the statue head. "That's way too easy," m/n with a hint of hesitance as they followed Leon onto the bridge. Half way onto it, two of the creatures came out from around the corner and one of them pulled a lever which caused the floor to lower towards their enemies.
"Leon!" Ashley exclaimed, holding her brother tighter in fear of what was to happen to them.
"We're sandwiched all right!" Leon told them, taking his pistol from his holster and turning to m/n who was ready to use his fists to fight the creatures, "m/N, here!" Leon said, throwing the boy his gun. m/n caught it with ease and cocked it, a smirk making its way to the boy's lips. m/n didn't mind using a physical weapon, instead of his abilities. It was way more fun to blast their head from their shoulders anyways... Maybe there is something mentally wrong with him.
"Ash, stay behind us!" m/n told his sister as he started shooting at the creatures with Leon. The fight continued, until the trio heard metal against metal which made them look around in confusion.
"The hell is happening?!" Leon questioned, his voice sounding a bit fear stricken. m/n could feel his head pound at the noise as they ran around the room killing those things. In front of them, one of the creatures heads exploded and out came some kind of creature that made m/n want to vomit.
"seriously?!" m/n exclaimed, Leon's pistol pointed at the head of the thing. Leon glanced at him with a little smile, though m/n wasn't paying attention to the older man before him. They shot at it with Ashley being hidden behind them. They wouldn't let anything touch her.
m/n sighed in relief after defeating all of these creatures, his hair stuck to his face from the sweat, and neither Leon nor Ashley were looking much better, sweat dripping from their brows and arms creating a type of glow under the illumination of the artificial lights above. The three went across the bridge to the statue head, Leon put his weapon away as m/n held his at his side as they made it to the statue. Leon grabbed it as they turned around, going back across the bridge, only to have more of those things creep up in front of them.
"Leon! m/n! Watch out!" Ashley exclaimed.
"Okay, fuck this!" m/n said, grabbing one of Leon's grenades from his belt and pulling the pin before throwing it at the creatures in front of them which blew them up as the twenty-year-old stalked off around the now dead corpse. Ashley and Leon looked at each other in shock before following the younger boy out of the room.
The duo caught up with m/n who was now irritated by the fact these creatures wouldn't leave them alone, Ashley grabbed her brother's arm to stop him so Leon could lead the way to the other room they needed to be in. m/n sighed as she smiled at him, he smiled slightly at her as well before they followed Leon into the room, which was filled with armor.
"Hey Leon, there's some armor. Bet you could use it like a bulletproof vest." Ashley joked, causing the older man to chuckle, even her brother was laughing at her joke.
"Little old fashioned for my taste." Leon chuckled.
"Too bad. I bet my brother would think you'd look pretty dashing," m/n looked at her with betrayal. How dare she do this to him. Leon looked over at the young man who was glaring at Ashley with his face red, he thought it was pretty cute. A smile made its way to his face as Ashley laughed at the look he was giving her.
"All right, come on you too," he gestures for them to go forward, and they follow after, not before m/n slaps his sisters shoulder with puffed out cheeks. They made it to another room with a bottom level over the railings, Leon looked down it before jumping to the bottom. "Ashley, m/n, stay up there!" Leon yelled at the twins.
"Okay! Be careful!" Ashley told him. m/n looked down at him with worry as he grabbed the statue head. Two of the armors started moving off their pedestals and towards Leon.
"Leon! The armor! They're moving!" m/n exclaimed in fear. Ashley had to hold her brother back in fear he'd jump down there and help, Leon turned towards the two suits of armors with a frustrated grunt.
"C'mon, you can't be serious!" He exclaimed in irritation. The twins could watch him for a brief time, worried for their friend. m/n heart ached knowing he couldn't help the man he was slowly falling in love with. What would their dad think anyways, that his youngest had fallen in love with the special agent he had sent to bring them home. What a time to admit that he actually had feelings for an agent, and he knew Ashley knew the two had something already, but now wouldn't be the best time to ask for her advice on how to handle the situation. God, what has he gotten himself into?
Note: so, how's this chapter? Was it good? Sorry for the slow updates, after finishing the live action one piece, and starting my watch on the anime with 1000+ episodes I need to watch T-T I got distracted easily by it and my Buggy fanfic.
Sadly, can't write my Buggy fanfic anymore, not until I get Netflix back. So that's in a long Hiatus until I get that stupid channel back.
Should m/n go with Ashley to figure out how to untrap Leon from the cage or stay with Leon? Cause I can't choose T-T
