James 5:16
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Satan keeps us trapped when we hide our sins and keep them in the dark. Confession brings them into the light so God can bring healing and freedom. We should find someone who we can trust our confessions to. And when someone confesses their sins to you, you should be a true friend and Christian by praying for them.
