Psalm 55:22

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

God will take as much stress and anxiety you will give to Him. He'll never turn you away. His love means He's dependable. He said He will always carry your load so we should always give it to Him.
