Psalms 13:2
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? How long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
In this verse, the writer is asking about how long will he feel emotional pain and asking if it will ever stop. But the chapter continues by saying he finds hope in God and that's who we should look to when we need hope.
