Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you- this is the Lord's declaration- plans for your welfare, not to disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Maybe God puts struggles in life to show that He knows what's best for you better than you do. The plans we have for ourselves are nothing compared to the plans He has for us.
