Hebrews 12:1
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
The Christian life is like a race, it's hard and takes work, but in the end, it's worth it. The verse says to lay aside our sin. The only way to do that is to read the Bible daily. We will all run our races differently, but in the end, we will all be rewarded with eternal life.
